TLC Pediatrics, PA

We moved out of Allen but we wont go anywhere else. We are very happy with Dr Moulton and his staff. Appointments are easy to get and we love his straightforward suggestions and solutions. We are first time parents and something we need is a peace of mind after you see a doctor for your kid. Thats what we feel

I have been very impressed with TLC Pediatrics. As a first time mom I have had A LOT of questions. TLC has surpassed my expectations. Dr. Cash is wonderful. She takes the time to thoroughly answer all of me and my husbands questions every visit and I never feel rushed. She not only answers questions but explains rationales. I have also really enjoyed being able to call the non urgent nurse call line which is free if baby is 6mo. I have called multiple times and always receive a call back the same day. Nursing staff is also exceptional and very kind special shout out to Priscilla. Thank you TLC for what you do.

Dr. Cash is nothing short of amazing we were hoping to continue my daughters care at TLC before she goes off to college but after our experience today we will not be back. My 18 year old daughter should not be accused of losing weight by abusing her inhalers. Im sorry she didnt have them with her to tell you which one is which - they almost look the same so we have a sharpie to label the emergency one. We were both not feeling good and the nurse interrogated us on which inhaler was which. What does it matter Check my daughters chart and you will see which ones Dr. Cash prescribed and WHY. She rarely takes them any more unless she is sick which is why we were there and why she was taking the rescue inhaler AS PRESCRIBED. This nurse had some nerve had my daughter in tears after she just got over having 103 temps. Just because she didnt test positive for flu or strep doesnt mean she didnt have it and obviously whatever virus she had wore her body out because she has been so fatigued. This nurse then tells her there is nothing wrong with her its just allergies and to hydrate - paid 40 for them to tell me this Asked if they would call in a prednisone pack at minimum - the NP agreed to do that but of course I show up at CVS and nothing is called in. Shame on TLC pediatrics for hiring a nurse that would be so abrasive to a patient. Im her mom I can take it but to accuse her of abusing her inhalers is wrong. She has been asthmatic her whole life she knows how to take her meds. She lost weight which was only 16 lbs in 6 months because she is eating right and working out the healthy way. In a world that is so obsessed with how someone looks shame on you for making her feel bad for something she was proud of. I hope the office manager or Dr. Cash seriously provide this nurse with some compassion trainingcoaching - you will keep losing patients. - just checked the website and found Dr. Cash is no longer there - I hope she is ok - so for the new provider there - please make sure this doesnt happen to another patient.

Discriminating and denying treatment to a 3 years old because she is not vaccinated is not only unethical its despicable and I will file a complaint with the medical board.Shame on you

We just switched pediatricians and I am so thankful we came across TLC Pediatrics The staff is AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and patient. The nurse took her time and didnt act like she was in a rush to get to her next patient. She took time to play with my daughter and made her feel comfortable. On top of the great staff the environment is truly kid friendly. My daughter sprinted in the office when she saw the fish tank and all the Halloween decor throughout the room. I highly recommend this location to take care of your kiddos

The providers are welcoming and really listen to the parents. The staff is also very helpful supportive and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend using them for your pediatric care needs.

Weve been with TLC for the past 3 years and love it Same day appointments and the after hours nurse line has been great My childs favorite part is the sucker at checkout

Brittany Dr Moulton and the entire TLC staff is just amazing. They are able to accommodate our immediate needs if my babies are sick and help us with all our questions. They have patience and truly make you feel like you are apart of a family. You dont feel like just a number. Highly recommend

We met with over a dozen pediatricians but none of them felt right. Then we finally felt like we were at home with the staff at TLC Pediatrics. Dr. Cash has the most nurturing demeanor and Dr. Moulton and Dr. Misty are also so amazing They all put me at ease when I was clearly going through baby blues while my youngest was dealing with really bad acid reflux and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Misty and the nurses for comforting me while I was dealing with such a horrific feeding issues with our then newborn. Now our two toddlers love the staff so much that we chose to stick with TLC Pediatrics even after moving to Little Elm about 6 months ago

I went through about 4 pediatricians before we found TLC. Weve now been with them for 10 years Dr Cash is our favorite Weve been seen by Moulton a few times and hes great also The nurses are fantastic And so is the front desk staff I cant say enough about this practice They always treat us like family and are so kind and thoughtful and are always listening to my concerns. Dr Cash is very thorough in her checkups She caught my daughters heart murmur when she was an infant. We had it checked out and she was totally fine thank goodness. I am just glad she is detailed enough to notice something so small that couldve been something more serious.

Came here to have my infants ears pierced. Had a great and easy experience from scheduling to walking out. Earrings look great
