Too many clients so few therapist. Appointments few and far between. Help they never gave... so sad The office help are horrible home wreckers.

I wish I could say something positive about this place but I promised Google Id give honest reviews. Is it common practice to gaslight your own patients

I am grateful to have found this clinic it is the only clinic that has a actual therapist that actually knows how to help those with traumatic injuries.The office staff is always friendly and helpful when I call or when they call me to remind us of an appointment

I used to go to Holly at the counseling center in Rockaway and she was great but she had to go on maternity leave and is now leaving. I tried a new lady and she was horrible. Not enough counselors so you dont get many choices and they dont have time for you. I was treated like my problems were an annoyance and when I did get to talk the therapist talked about herself. I did not appreciate her telling me that her time was a privilege to me. I had lots of family and work issues that caused scheduling conflicts and was constantly chastised in regards to it. I finally got fed up and went tostarted using Shorline Counceling LLC. In Astoria.They do telehealth which is awesome

I have been seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist through TFCC for over two years and have had nothing but excellent service. Theyre professional and welcoming. Im sorry to see the bad reviews on here as Ive not had the same experience at all. Theyve helped me so much I feel I owe my happiness and health to them. If youre struggling please call TFCC. They are here to help.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid TFCC like the plague. They are totally unqualified and not your friend.

Its a go along to get along mentality company wide with the exception of maybe 5 people. One would think a counseling center would have compassion I on and respect for ALL their employees.

Had a wonderful experience with Holly over the last few years. Sad she is leaving the company to a new opportunity. Thankful for all her great care.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE You will not get caring quantified help.The front desk staff are hideous. They are habitually rude. Its as if they are trying to chase you away. I went 3 times and was still just filling out paperwork. The psychologist offered no counseling. Finally on the 5th visit weeks later she had about 10 minutes to talk to me.I was depressed. Not sleeping not eating. Dealing with this place actually made me worse.Patients need to start complaining to the State. They make people worse.They had me speak to a psychiatric nurse there she was actually vicious to me. I left in tears again.There are criminals and drug addicts and homeless people in the waiting area. A lot of court-ordered types.This place needs to be reported.

Considering the hoops I have had to jump through to get the assistance I was looking for as well as my past family interactions here I cant say I strongly recommend the center. While some of the doctors are really good those are few and far between. I dont know if its because their hands are tied by the system put in place or they just dont care but I cant say Ive had the greatest of experiences here. After 10 months I am finally getting some help but its left a sour taste in my mouth. The one plus is that one of their receptionists is very nice and lively which brings some joy to the building
