Absolutely AMAZING One of the best things you can do for your child. The instructorsstaff are not only warm and welcoming they offer excellent instruction. Our class often has 31 student ratio so a lot of individual attention. Must recommend for all those that are interested in Martial Arts

Awesome place. Sensei is patient understanding and motivating in helping each one of his students reach their goals. All the instructors staff do a great job making MMA fun for toddlers children kids adults I highly recommend this school not just for for MMA but also for the family friendly environment that makes you want to come in to train every day and reachaccomplish your goals.

Love training with my boy at the Manhasset location. My boy has been a student for well over 5 years and our entire family train here. Such a great workout and they cater to your specific goals guiding you and encouraging you along the way. Anyone from infants to grown adults and even seniors train here not at the same time of course. Have succeeded with losing weight and have stayed focused with their help and push. They give you diet advice and hold challenges for those willing to participate to test your skills and dedication to your craft health and success. Definitely recommend coming here. Tiger Schulmanns is an excellent experience for those who wish to improve their physical and mental state. The environment instructors and atmosphere created there is one that has helped me to focus and push my upper limits while remaining enjoyable and entertaining. No time there feels wasted. The intensity and focus has helped me to build endurance and my personal self-esteem has skyrocketed.

Great instruction great workout and even greater people. The moment you step foot in the school you feel at home. The Sensei and all of the staff are amazing martial artists and consummate professionals. The school is run efficiently and is constantly kept clean which is extremely important in martial arts schools. Training here would be the best decision you could make.
