Thresholds is a non-profit agency serving Kent County residents who have developmental disabilities.
Since 1975, we’ve been working in the community to serve those who need assistance in living as productively and independently as possible. Our persons served have diverse backgrounds, interests and passions, and we give them the support they need to reach their maximum potential in everything they do.
