Is this facility still open Im looking forward to my daughter getting therapy. I called the number but it had a busy signal and clicked off. I see the only review is from 3 years ago.

Our kids have been going for therapy here for some time now. We couldnt have asked for anyone better than our BCBA Elise Bateman. She knows the kids strength and weaknesses like the back of her hand. Always encouraging the kids and us to do better. She represents the interest of our kids in school meeting well sometimes better than us. We feel really lucky to have her. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. No matter now bad the day has been you will always hear all the great things your kid did. Very friendly with the kids and my kid loves them as well.

Unfortunately our experience here has not been successful. There have been many problems at this center such as high turnover with BCBAs and unexpected closures. I am a mother of 2 special needs girls and I know the struggle of trying to find the best place and fit for your childs needs. The bottom line is there must be clear communication and transparency. I have had many experiences with ABA centers and this by far has been the worst. I gave this center a year hoping that things would change and instead I feel that I have set my girls a year back. We trusted this center with the most important task of supporting my family as we try to set our girls up for success and they have failed. I wish all the best and hope that moving forward they reflect on their practices as a company.

Spent like 3 weeks pairing accomplished no goals other than transition activities. After the third week of them promising they were about to start I pulled him out. They had staffing issues. Hed come home hungry because they didnt feed him which is one of the things they were supposed to work on. Staff didnt seem to have read any of the million questions asked in the vineland assessment. They didnt help with potty training. They didnt give him speech therapy. He had a lot of things he needed to work on they didnt work on anything. They had him playing with random toys. The staff was often on their phone after dumping different sets of toys on the floor. They have youtube on the TV sometimes and minecraft I wanted him to avoid devices. 010
