Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children and families across a wide range of developmental needs, with a strong focus on building communication, independence, and meaningful life skills. I am committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care, and I enjoy collaborating with and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality services for the families we serve. I am also deeply dedicated to expanding access to effective, culturally responsive ABA services in underserved communities while fostering a supportive environment where both families and providers feel empowered and valued.
