You are trying to keep your family from not falling apart while balancing work, relationships, health and household duties. Focusing on yourself as a mom may feel selfish… But, you know you are a better mom when you make yourself a priority. It is time for you to feel more confident, happy and calm. I’m Malaika, a mom and a therapist, specializing in helping moms and parents in all stages of parenthood including pregnancy, postpartum, adoption and beyond. With my background as a play therapist, I bring a unique perspective to supporting parents in the adjustment to parenthood and parenting young children. Whether you are seeking support as an expecting or new family, for yourself in motherhood, or working through an adoption or parenting, I am here to walk with you.
