The staff seemed competent and at least they try to train their staff unlike other providers. However the management is incredibly rude and do not communicate with clients. And apparently they only service well-behaved children with autism. If the children do not follow the rules they are kicked out with no notice or explanation.

I just watched your support staff have 3 autistic individuals just waiting outside of bed bath bodywork for over 30 min. No activity just standing by the wall while another support staff shop. I would never treat my autistic loved one like this. Hope you guys know how people are treating your special needs family while under their care.
