This is by far the worst Dr experience I have ever had in over 40 years. This office does not do what they say they will do and rarely return phone calls. They clearly have too much volume and not enough support. Do not use this Doctors office. If you do be prepared to have to call them 4 - 5 times just to get a return call. Even their phone message says to be prepared to call them back after 48 hours if you do not hear from them so they know they dont call back.

One of the worst places Ive been to. And if you have real issues and need a procedure GL gave me a date 4 12 months away. The front desk check-in is very disorganized. I gave them my referral when I went for the 1st time and went back again today and was told I need to call my PCP because they dont have the referral. I was not told by the nurse that they needed another referral when she said to come in. The front desk check-in is very rude they have a lady with glasses a bun and dark hair and shes not friendly. Im looking to get medical help not a favor.

I have been trying to contact the office several times and no one answers the phone it goes to voice mail. Very hard to get hold of any one. There other services are good but not the communication. How do I contact you when the communication is the problem. It goes to voice mail and says will contact within 24 to 48 hours.

The communication between appointments is very much lacking and I am consistently running into having to leave voicemails and HOPE that someone will answer my call within the 48 hour time frame. I will caveat to say I am a newer patient so Im unsure if this is normal. However this is not the type of communication a patient desires when it comes to a possible serious diagnoses... that I already need to wait approximately 3 weeks for confirmation on. After my 1114 procedure I was told to wait until 121 to speak with the doctor about any of it.In the mean time Im having other serious symptoms and while the office does try their best to fit me into their schedule this is ONLY when I can actually speak to a person. The only time I seem to be able to talk to someone was during an on-call conversation with Dr. Patel who was GREAT actually while having heart palpitations. However this shouldnt be the only time I can get in touch with someone and especially not ONLY when its a serious symptom.When I did speak to someone at their offices they mentioned that that they apologized but they are working with a smaller staff. I understand for Thanksgiving week this can put a strain on scheduling but this seems to be how they run things typically.There seems to also be an online portal that they have not set up yet for communications. I had messaged the provider there to receive no response.If this practice is overloaded with patients that is COMPLETELY understandable and I just wish that it was communicated that they would not take on new patients as this severely impacts quality of care for the providers and also patients trust in the provider to provide care for their ailments.

I have no clue what these other folks are talking about. Ive had a great experience with this facility. No issues contacting anyone or getting called back. Information was provided in full in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly. Facility was clean. Dr. Atia was very nice. Id recommend this facility and would come back if needed.

The staff is friendly. The office is not clean. The phone system will not connect you to billing because of an issue with their phone system for at least 4 months. I had a procedure performed the doctor spoke to me for a grand total of about 3 minutes. Each follow up was done with a nurse over the phone and was billed as a doctors visit. I have the feeling this place cares more about extracting every nickel and dime out of your insurance company than caring about your health. Other facilities will at least pretend to care about your well being. Avoid this place.

Made a doctors appointment. They had a nurse call me to ask what was wrong. I explained my issue and the nurse told me to get a colonoscopy. They never let me speak to the doctor and charged me 400.If you want to talk to a nurse then just use teledoc. They only charge you 40.Update The practice manager asked me to call. They didnt provide a number. So I had to find it myself for some reason.They said the person I spoke to was a Nurse Practitioner instead of a Registered Nurse. The Nurse Practitioner is allowed to be a provider so they havent done anything wrong.I have been given a bill for a Doctors office visit and charged saying that my provider was the Doctor. Not the Nurse Practitioner.So this hospital agreed to make an appointment with me and a provider switched my appointment to a different provider without consulting me and then charged me for seeing a more expensive provider that I didnt get to speak to.After looking at my bill and speaking to 3 different people I have received 4 different explanations.Either-The people in this office dont know whats going on.or-I have been misled.Either way I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Doctor George Atia is excellent. The problem I have is their answering system. I phoned them on Wed 6142023 with a medical problem. The message indicated they would return my call within 48 hours. Fast forward to Friday 6162023 no reply. Left a second message on 616. It is now Sunday 618 and still waiting for replies to both of my messages.
