I am so pleased with Yineiry I know I am likely spelling her name wrong. she has put up with me from the very beginning and helped me to establish skills and coping mechanisms that have helped me in life that I couldnt do before. She actually listens and makes me feel comfortable and does not judge me for anything. I have used her skills through out my healing process and it has helped so much with what was going on in my life and what currently is. I am so glad she is who I can confide in and who offers me advice - especially when I felt really lost. I cant thank her enough for both listening and being kind and of course the resources to cope which I really needed during everything. Having her to listen has truly been a blessing - and a much needed one. I cant thank her enough for helping me and dealing with me especially in the beginning. Thank you so much

Dr Ketchman gave me a genetic test that showed I have been taking the wrong medicine all this time to manage MDD Like why in more than 20 years had anyone not told me about this option when he offered it Day One. Just turned my life around in an instant. Wait I should give a better reason. Its because he and hopefully all the staff are genuinely interested in coordinating health and in you. They actually follow up and provide results.

This place is 100 stars after going through 3 doctors 2 was horrible and 1 told me my son didnt have ASDADHD although haymount has a long wait time the wait was worth it I thank the docs there omg I got the answers Ive been looking for .. for about 2 years my son is now on meds and doing Great he finally qualifies for a IEP at school I just love this place they actually sit and listen to me they actually watch and talk to my son ... my story is like Cinderella I just thank them all and the lady at the front desk is always sweet

Friendly efficient staff.

Needed pyschological testing for my son. Took nearly 2mths and 2 appt for my son to see Dr. Katchman. Itll appt was at Fayetteville office. 2nd appt with Dr. Katchman was at Hopemills location. After talking for 30 to hr. It was insinuate d that I was seeking services so my son wouldnt be held back. We I spoke with management she completely ignored my complaint. Some of the staff are great and others not so much. My concerns were geninge and if they had taken time to coordinate with my sons school they wouldve found that out. My son was promoted to the 2nd grade and has been receiving services elsewhere.

Wouldnt recommend to your worst enemy. Very unprofessional and gives out false information. Also will not give you your medical records when you voluntarily leave their practice. Please do your research. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE.

The staff is attentive. They will answer your questions and explain the purpose of their recommendations.

Its filled with caring people Its not just their job its their passion

The staff here is very friendly. Ms. Smith is very attentive and does not rush with her patients.
