I give this place 5 stars after searching and searching for a new therapist. My therapist Tomeka Johnson is amazing and I highly recommend her if you need services. I am Postpartum patient and she keeps that in mind while working on my treatment plan. I love it here

I am not happy with the how all the mental health drs can just stop service on a patient if you think about it they are mental health and behavioral health and they should really look at what they are dealing with and how to deal with it without just stopping service

Appointments are rushed and if you are unavailable within 5 min of your appt time you are cancelled for telehealth visits . Not very patient friendly.

For working at psychiatrist office for people who have mental illness the front desk person is inconsiderate. As a person who works in front desk myself I found her to be very frustrating to talk to when i told her what i needed to be seen for she gave me a january date when i told her i had potential adhd but that wasnt what i need the psychiatrist for she told me that it wouldnt be until march so of course i tell her that i dont need to be seen for the adhd its the ptsd thats more serious and she said i still would have to wait for the doctor in march because even if its future concerns it doesnt matter and i told her i didnt want to be seen for adhd nor did i plan to in the future could that give me the appointment in january and she claims that nope i still have to schedule for march even if that was the case and if i desperately needed to be seen somewhere that i should try calling another place despite this being the place i was refferred to. Just this situation is enough for my anxiety to start stressing out even more and i dont think its right for a front desk person to tell you to find somewhere else to go especially at a mental health clinic this whole ordeal put me into a panic attack at work because yall cant employ nicer people
