Called for an appointment to test my toddlers hearing here. The person who answered took down my information. A week later someone called me back to schedule an appointment so we scheduled it. We showed up to the appointment and the front desk had no idea what was going on. The audiologist wasnt in. They took half an hour to find our appointment and reschedule it. My toddler and I are back here at the rescheduled date and time and the audiologist is NOT present again. The front desk has no idea whats going on again. The practitioners might be good if you can actually see them but the scheduling is abysmal. It seems to be run by undergraduate students who are not properly trained by management putting appointments on a calendar that is separate from the calendar that the practitioners actually use.

Dont waste your time trying to get an appointment here.Twice these people booked my toddler for an audiology appointment and twice we showed up with toddler in tow only to find out that the audiologist was not actually in the office that day. And then the front desk staff tried to gaslight us and say wed gotten the appointment datetime wrong. Lol no there is zero chance I agreed to book a doctors appointment during my toddlers nap time and I verbally confirmed the time twice to be sure Id noted it correctly.
