I was very happy with our visit with Tammy she even went out of her way to meet with both of my grandchildren at the same time in person. She followed up with providing me with resources available for my grandchildren so that they can get the help that they need knowing that this is the first time that we have been dealing with this she took her time and explained everything in detail and even told us that if we had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to reach out. I would definitely highly recommend Neurabilities to anyone who have children with developmental disabilities.

Great Experiences with both of my children. Thank you Dr. Azizi. We were lucky to gain quick appointments around and just after the pandemic. I believe when they first opened. We have been being followed by the neuropsych medicine management and other recommended testing. We feel lucky. Keep trying They are busy. Get on a wait list.

DIRECTIONS Office has two entrances. If you are turning into the mall off of Somerdale Road and S Burnt Mill Road drive straight towards the mall and you will see the front entrance the Neurabilities sign on the outside Entrance 1. You can also turn sharp right and drive around to the Boscovs Tilt Studio entrances. You should park near the Food Court entrance left of Tilt Studioswhich was open for our 830am appointment walk through the food court to the escalators take them up to the 2nd floor turn left and you will see the OCNNH Neurabilities office entrance Entrance 2.Office is fantastic Very welcoming. Staff is very professional attentive and patient with both your child and your concerns. Was very pleased with our consultation and visit Highly recommended.

After a 6 month wait we were given an appointment with Tammy A. Rockhill NP who is a pediatric nurse practitioner. Dr. Rockhill was super impatient and was in no mood to listen. She was merely rushing through a set of questions most of which were not relevant to our child. Myself and my wife had to interrupt her several times to tell her our concerns but she was hardly interested.. She finished the 1-hour appointment in 35 minutes.Dr. Rockhill merely referred our son for further testing and evaluation which Neurabilities scheduled one year later. Moreover Neurabilities charged me 60 out of pocket saying it was a specialist visit. But the insurance claim was processed with a 30 copay as Dr. Rockhill is only a primary care. Before the appointment their patient forms were so huge and their patient portal is super user-unfriendly.We are extremely disappointed with everything over here. To me it seems to be a medical fraud

Left with the diagnosis we were expecting for my son but Dr. Kumar was so cold towards us and him. Hes 3 years old. She didnt interact with him at all. She huffed and puffed because he was having a tantrum. He started preschool 3 days ago and was exhausted. I felt like a bother the entire time I was there. I dont know if it was a bad day for her or what the problem was but I was very uncomfortable the entire time. She absolutely should not be working with children. We left extremely upset not because of the diagnosis but because of her behavior. We heard bad things about this place but the school told us to try it. We shouldve listened. We wont be returning.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about her job. My daughters doctor Dr. Chadehumbe was very informative about the new treatment for my daughter and took her time to patiently explain every detail. She also makes my daughter comfortable to express her feelings. I truly recommend this practice. I was very pleased on how they treat special needs children.

Had a wonderful experience at the Voorhees office this afternoon. Everyone was very nice and helpful The receptionist Maria was very welcoming and helpful towards our needs. The woman who was testing my son was also very nice and made him feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Had an appt Dec 13 evaluation for my son since then no callback on the follow up therapy they stated theyd follow up with. Its now January so I called in to ask. Keep in mind I work in the healthcare field and understand this time can be crazy for everyone hints the holidays and I called in giving them the benefit of the fact .I was informed there was nothing in the system. No notes or anything. The first receptionist I spoke to was very testy and rude tried to rush me off the phone with the call your insurance answer. I told her that our insurance needs a referral on file to begin the process she seemed very flustered and even did a huff over the call after I stated that. I called back later to speak to someone else to make sure it would get done and this receptionist was polite and stated again nothing on file and that she would contact the Dr. So happy we still have an appt with Nemours scheduled because this place has already shown us enough of what they cant do.
