We unfortunately despite our expectations had very bad experience at this place. We constantly had a flow of new therapists who were not trained well. Once or twice per week we had to pick up our son because therapists will not show up. They promised home services for 4 months and never made it happen. Our BCBA promised a lot but did so little however when they assigned her to teach our son when she wasnt even bcba. We faced arrogance and dishonesty constantly. They didnt develop any functional play our son become hyper active even more than used to be. On my concerns I was met with either sarcasm or arrogance. I am not sure maybe certain clientele receives a proper program and treatment for their child in this place but we waisted precious time of our son with all process and received almost zero results not talking about areas where he regressed after starting working with them.

Working at TACT has been such an amazing journey. Not only was I able to work with clients in the clinic setting but also at home and in the school setting. You get a wide variety of experiences with lots of supervision Being able to work in the school and home gave me more of an opportunity to practice ABA in a more natural setting while still getting lots of time at the clinic with other staff who are always willing to help. Working at home also gave me the opportunity to work along side parents and siblings which is an awesome experience I wouldnt have had in just a clinic setting. The different settings in which TACT provides services gives staff the chance to explore the different areas of ABA and is such an amazing quality to have in an employer.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with TACT. Kevin always is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for ABA therapy in the Acton area

TACT is a great place to work and grow within the field of ABA I started my experience at TACT as a behavior technician and through my work at the company I was able to develop my skills as a practitioner and I was promoted to Senior ABA Therapist. As a Senior ABA Therapist at TACT and graduate student working towards my Masters in ABA the company has provided me with support and supervision meeting directly with BCBAs to build on my knowledge of ABA and an understanding of what is needed to provide proper trauma-informed therapeutic care to clients. The support and resources offered by all of the staff at TACT especially the BCBAs has not only provided me with the necessary tools to continue to develop within the field of ABA but has inspired me to continue to do so.

My four year old has been receiving ABA services the past six months at TACT and it has been a wonderful experience The center has become a second home to us that we love and trust. We enjoy the smaller scale of the center itself and the community like feel. Our sons communication and social emotional development have dramatically improved since receiving services here. We received excellent parent training by our BCBA and free additional ABA training resources were made available to us which have been super helpful in reinforcing ABA concepts and strategies at home. The clinical director at TACT is also excellent She is super warm empathetic and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about my son. The leadership team at TACT are also researchers which we love because their work enhances the quality of the intervention they provide to all of their clients. In terms of the ABA techs we have liked all of them. They are all friendly happy and genuinely enjoy working with our children. Many are studying to become BCBAs which makes their training and supervision top notch We highly recommend TACT to other families seeking high quality ABA services for their child. You and your child will feel well supported and cared for

I can say for the first time in 6 years our family feels supported and our daughter is thriving learning and having fun at the clinic. Also she loves her friends and therapists. She is having so much fun while working hard on her skills. Couldnt ask for more The staff is very experienced and devoted to helping our daughter as well as our family. We are so grateful.

TACT has been a godsend to our family. Our son has loved it basically since the minute he walked in. The therapists are all wonderful and genuinely care and love our son. The BCBA we work with is extremely smart and has created detailed specific programs to fit our sons needs. They also have been able to honor any requests we have made to tailor the programs. We couldnt be happier with our experience
