The ARC of NC claims to uphold the Civil And Human Rights of the disabled. This is totally FALSE in our case. They took over a Guardianship of my son from Wake County Human Services in Raleigh. NC. This is a Guardianship that should have NEVER been. The ARC Of NC also claims to assist the disabled and their families. This is also a complete FALSEHOOD in our case as when they took over Guardianship they NEVER contacted me in ANYWAY form or fashion and I am the highly supportive living and biological mother Advocate and one with the best interest in my son. Raleigh District Court Public Records File 15CVD9292 Provides that my son was denied affordable safe and decent housing because he has a mental disability. The Public Records file also proves the denials of 2 reasonable accommodation requests.After the son was denied the housing on the basis of disability I the mother was then denied the right to remain his Legal Guardian because I then had no place for him to live. The ARC Of NC has recently denied the son a reasonable accommodation request. Thats unlawful discrimination in violation of the FHAA a CIVIL RIGHTS violation. The ARC Of NC had also ignored my sons letters to be removed from this current abusive Mental Health Facility. This home is segregated housing in violation of the OLMSTEAD DECISION Thus in violation of Title II of the ADA. The facility is isolated extremely boring. As an ACLU Activist and PEOPLE POWER ACTION LEADER. Fighter For Civil Rights a Raleigh City Council Speaker I must continue to bring awareness to this case. The ARC Of NC actions and injustices are EXTREMELY UNCARING INCONSIDERATE ILLEGAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This is just the TIP OF THE ICEBERG on this horrible Non Profit.

The arc is picked on handicapped people a lot. That is not right if anybody works in this field. It shouldnt pick on people cannot read or write in difficult problems. Thats what the cakes workers do. Dont want to give nobody a chance. A work with people like God a lot of learned the pavilion. Thats not right. We want some change. Do understand this issue. The Ark shouldnt be doing what the arks doing to Andy cat people. We need to speak about this. The case workers are being mean to low divided by people. 1 Leave people at this business. Do not care about any cat people. I am handic app. I called them a repute to pick up if you pick up If you want some help call fan hills do not bring your kids got difficulty problems to at the arc. I promise you you wont get your help. What you need. Sand hills will do it for you. Ive been withth art for 5 years and a supervisor pick up the phone and he sees my number and hangs my phone up. Its not right what the empires are doing to us. If youre trying to look for somebody to help any cat people call sand hills do not call an art. It wont help your kids out. He wouldnt help me out. I got difficulty problems he refused to help me out. He will take your money and not help to any person out.

Weve dealt with these people for a few years now and this past Monday one of their employees verbally threatened 2 of our employees even telling the one employee he was going to shoot kill him.Police were called a report filed. They also dont pay their bills on time. If youve ever wondered where the nastiest people work they work here Cheri Clark was the name of the person that our team member was threatened by.

Some of the meanest people one of their employees told us he would kill us with a gun and they did nothing about it. Reported them to the state They also are always late paying their bills.

These soda workers will pick on any cat people. The lady supervisor told me if I dont pick one of them then guys have to drop me why people can pick on any cat people. Needs case managers very rude and picks on any cat people very much I dont like it.

Im a contractor that does lawn care for this business. I have not been paid since March 2023. Every time you call to see about payments you get a voice message or the Secretary answer but shes the only one in the officeSo for all my self employed sub contractors out there. Stay away from this company unless you like working for freeYoursB

No advocacy and my sons guardian is ignoring court orders to get him medical and legal attention. All the way up to the national headquarters and no response or action. Its all about the money with them.

The Arc of NC LIFEguardianship Program is amazing program for people that need Guardians.. if you are unable to provide guardianship for your family member or loved one then I definitely recommend the Arc of NC.
