The Arc of Massachusetts is one of the hardest working advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Ive volunteered at several of their events and to see the effort their staff puts in on a daily basis is incredible. Theyre also one of the leaders in advocating directly with government to spur real change that impacts thousands of lives.Reading through some of the negative reviews they seem very misguided and confused as to whom The Arc really is. Strong recommendation from me.

I do not feel they are good advocates for Individuals and family. The pandemic has long lasting effects and they only speak in happy talk. 4000 DDS individuals and untold staff got sick. 110 died and perhaps more. These lives had value and I took my son home for the time being. Pandemic is not even half over. State Gov. says little about the dead and damaged.
