Usually it takes an hour to see a doctor other places. But here they where very quick and on it makes you appreciate it even more being its for your child. The nurse was super friendly and attentive and the doc was great knowledged and easy to understand and answered my questions to the fullest. You can tell her they care. The few other places as an adult Ive gone to never seem to be much concerned about your over all health these days and thats disturbing to me but here thats not the case. Thanks guys for being excellent in all you do.

Never even made it to see the Dr.The scheduling office dropped my wheezing coughing sick born 12weeks premature son as a patient ENTIRELY before ever being seen. Not before getting paid though of course. We had a family emergency and simply mixed up our dates. We thought the appointment was today but it was apparently yesterday. We were told his account has been blocked and future appointments are no longer an option. Were completely shocked theyd even consider such a draconian policy with absolutely no empathy for families in hard times who simply made an honest mistake.

My child has severe asthma issues and after bouncing around through various pulminologist offices one doctor had the audacity to tell us that the asthma was actually in my sons head who never really took the time to evaluate the severity of their problems or even try to treat them properly let alone long term solutions - we found Dr Patel and NP Vernor. They both always take the time to properly diagnose and evaluate - and are very good about sending in medication refills. Good bedside manners as well. Staff is friendly too Highly recommend this office

Nothing but kindness and professionalism in all aspects I first went to the wrong location and the receptionist was so kind and gave me the correct address and told me not to worry if Im late. The correct location provided kind compassionate service even when my son and daughter were both getting impatient.Excellent job from every person we interacted with. Our doctor even went out of her way to find her girl stickers for my daughter. Thank you so much for your dedication

Our family had difficulty navigating treatment and therapies post head on collision 1 year ago. Our 9 yr old has been suffering with various issues other doctors just couldnt provide answers. We were finally referred to the right place and I am confident our medical team is going to find the right treatment for our little one. Lesley Vernor CPNP and Patricia are amazing Made us feel very welcome and my daughter was very comfortable. We are so blessed to have found this amazing place

This was our first visit and wow All the staff was very nice and welcoming. We were taken in by our appointment time. NP Lesley was super attentive to our concerns and we didnt feel rushed like in some doctor offices. She was really awesome with our son as well when talking with him. I would definitely recommend this office for your little ones

We definitely know we are getting the best medical care when you are aware of his challenges and capabilities. Thank you for building that trust and creating a positive impact during appointments. It sure makes a difference and very reassuring to know we are in one of the best hands.

We have been seen these positions here at this clinic for quite some time. No matter if its our regular physician or a backup. I feel that Im heard out clearly and even though I may say what I say theyre still going to check all the much needed areas to find out whats going on and help me the educated or verified on what we were going to do to troubleshoot either one of my childrens breeding issues. Love the awesome charismatic attentive effective in appreciated bedside manner of all the staff here at this office. Anytime I hear someone having respiratory issues with their children and have been going through a battle I try to refer them to this facility because the availability of services and effectiveness of addressing any issue.

DR.Smith was very friendly with our son who has severe autism.He walked me through how to get him desensitized to the new equipment and everything. All the staff was also wonderful. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was due to the wait time. We got called back very fast but then sat in the room for an hour before we were seen.

Dr. Grunspan is a top notch practitioner in his field. Hes very knowledgeable but most importantly a good listener and teacher. Hes has been immensely helpful in managing my sleep issues. Im also impressed with the smooth operations of the practice. Every visit has run smoothly and runs either ahead of schedule or on-time a rarity in health care these days.
