The Texas GI Endoscopy Center in Mesquite is an extremely well run facility. Ive been there several times over the years and have always gotten first class care. Everyone is friendly and professional. Ill be returning as needed.

You know I was not sure to do it or not. But my experience was a 100 plus positive. Instructions were black and white. The chemicals to clear guts were well explained. I followed to the letter. All went well. Appt on time though may be a heavier blanket would have kept me warmer as the office is at 64. Loved the gut colored pictures. All was well explained by the nurses and the MD. From the front office nurses the doctor thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Chelsea was my intake nurse. She was very efficient and friendly during this period. And even knowing I was retired RN she was willing to answer any questions and make sure I knew what was happening. The anesthetist explained what he would be doing before and during injecting the IV medication. My complaint is attention to comfort. The room was very cold. There was no heated blankets that Ive had an other facilities. And my husband was never in this area with me which is also happened at other facilities. Would also be nice to be offered a drink after the procedure. Also no wi-Fi.available in waiting room.
