Theyre lucky I even have to leave a star. I want to preface by saying my husband was treated ok. Other than them allowing someone who had an apt after him go first. Already there about 45 past our apt time. I get things happen. I dont get no communication. My husband requested that I be there in recovery with him to speak with Dr they never called until it was time for me to put him in car.I dont recommend going there. They treat your family like crap and dont care to communicate.

The personal attention I received was excellent. I liked how communicated with me via text on a regular basis . If I called the offc I always received a call back the same day . I realize this is a busy office in this area . The staff was informative and helpful -at age 71- this is important I will use them again

The staff was very nice caring. They made sure I was okay all the time I was there. They made sure I knew what was going on step by step. They kept me relax. Great job

To be where you get THE test everyone dreads it isnt unpleasant with their staff. Very efficient friendly and cares about you and your needs.

Most enjoyable experience very professional office staff they made us feel so welcomed.Dr. Seif the Gastroenterologist was the absolute best wonderful bedside manner. I was stressed about this whole procedure as I have unpleasant experience in the past. But it couldnt have gone smoother.Wonderful staff and great service. I highly recommend. Dr. Kadika and his nurse Jordan as well as everyone else I do not recall names were very pleasant and kind. They made sure I was comfortable. Thank you to a great team You all were awesome

Great facility Great care I walked in highly nervous and anxious. Right away nurse Jordan made me feel ok and answered all questions. Procedure room nurse Janice talked to me anesthisiologist Natalie also came in then my doctor also spoke to me before procedure. Highly recommend.

Appointment went smoothly and I finally got answers for what has been giving me issues for over a decade. Now part two begins in the healing process. I appreciate the staff for being above and beyond.

It seems inappropriate to add the names publicly here but I recall all the staff I came in contact with during the process was really good. Starting with the phone tag of the scheduler who hung in there politely trying to get me on the books for my procedure. On the day of appointment I was contacted about whether or not Id be interested in coming in an hour early ti fill a slot that came open after a cancellation. Polite and professional. The nurses who brought me back and prepared me for the procedure made it comfortable for me to get ready and put my mind at ease. Good humor worked just fine. Thankful for the anesthesiologist who was very kind in answering questions and willing to let me sing myself asleep. I didnt do that though. Appreciate the humor in that discussion. The tech in the room added to the light hearted environment. Dr. Seif joined in and helped keep things at ease. And completing the process with paperwork information and a guided walk to our car was appreciated also.Success to Dr. Fayez Seif and t h e team as they have recently opened their new location. Im confident that this will bolster even better care for patients coming to them for medical care. Success to you

You know I was not sure to do it or not. But my experience was a 100 plus positive. Instructions were black and white. The chemicals to clear guts were well explained. I followed to the letter. All went well. Appt on time though may be a heavier blanket would have kept me warmer as the office is at 64. Loved the gut colored pictures. All was well explained by the nurses and the MD. From the front office nurses the doctor thank you from the bottom of my heart.
