The nurses and physicians were wonderful the procedure went smoothly and everyone was kind. 5 stars for themThe front desk personnel have no idea what theyre doing as far as billing goes. When the woman didnt understand why I was being made to pay when it was coded correctly and should be covered at 100 she asked her boss and he said its because Im not old enough which was wrong and he made me pay 500. Now theyve been paid by my insurance and still have yet to refund me. Ive called multiple times and have still heard nothing back. 1 star for their billing issues and being out nearly 500.

Very friendly staff and I have been going here since at least 2015. Always a pleasure being seen and heard from the medical staff.

I was able to get in for a follow up appointment post ER visit. The PA that I saw was very knowledgeable. She had a clear and understandable game plan to try to figure out what my issue was. Approximately two weeks later the PA called with the results from some tests taken and now I understand my issue that Ive been dealing with for months.

I had my procedure today and I cant say just how great everyone was. Honestly it could not have been a better experience. These people are the kindest and calmest professionals you could work with. I am so happy I chose to come here for my procedure. I was incredibly nervous and anxious on arrival the team kept answering my questions reassuring me and got me well sorted out and on my way safely. I was comfortable and informed at all times and I had the best I mean the best nap Ive had in years - just as promised The facility is beautifully clean well equipped and comfortable. I will not be so anxious next time and Ill definitely be coming back to this facility next time I need an endoscopy procedure. Thank you all so much and happy Easter
