Everything was great from check in to all the nursing procedures in the back and the doctors and nurses were very funny and making me feel very comfortable. But if youre waiting for a refund from being overcharged youll be waiting a long time. My procedure was done April 30 2023 and I just got my refund check yesterday March 5th 2024

I recently went in for a procedure and experienced 2 problems with this location. First I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in using their tablet interface which showed up on their monitor board. There was NO ONE at the desk so I thought I was checked in. Almost 30 minutes past my appt time went by before I was called up to do the paperwork. When I got home later that afternoon there was a voice mail from them asking me if I was coming or not since I was supposedly late. This was around 20 minutes past my appointment time which means I was there for almost 40 minutes Waiting on Them when they called. Second the discharge experience was terrible. Here I am in the recovery area and I am being told that I had to get dressed IN BED with both SIDE RAILS UP. This meant that I couldnt sit up which made for a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE experience that I wont do again. When you get dressed in bed like this and you are confined with side rails around you not only does your back and legs take a tremendous amount of stress but you can not get your clothes on correctly. So once you are allowed to get out of bed you have to straighten everything out. The entire process is humiliating and uncomfortable. Now I am sure that someone in the past probably fainted or had trouble due to not being recovered from the Anesthesia but that is no reason for everyone else to be penalized for it. I do not recommend using this location for your procedure.

Everyone was very kind and professional from the front desk to the nurses. I was very nervous for my procedure but every nurse I talked to was very nice to me and made me feel better I knew I was on good hands. Facility is super clean. Everything was as scheduled. I couldnt ask for a better team Dr. Cao and her staff are wonderful. Thank you so very much for everything and God bless you all.

Staff members were awesome and professional. They were very clear in their explanations of what was about to happen and very comforting all along the way. Facilities seemed well provisioned for my untrained eye and my experience was awesome all around.

Kinda upset that at patient pick up the OR Terri or someone prior to my Mom getting to Traci did not ensure my Mom was ok. She was left in an unclean state and we were unaware and just told by Tracy to get her dressed in the bed. While doing so we got her clothes all dirty as well. The transition from after surgery care is a bit slack as they may be under staffed. I didnt appreciate that one bit. I think they could be a bit more careful in future with patients dealing with these types of procedures. Being clean should be a matter of sanitary and safety of the patient prior to passing off to their family. I also find the railings being left up makes this process terribly hard to get the patient dressed. I know they say its for the patients safety but its annoying and makes it hard to get them dressed when they an under the influence of whatever they put them under. I second what the guy Ron stated in his review below. Thanks and I do hope management reads these.

Im so hyper-critical of anything that involves customer service but in particular when it comes to patient careI was absolutely astounded by the excellent care of this ambulatory surgery center.I received a call from them a few days prior and they left a detailed message requesting I return the call if I had any questions whatsoever about the prep or my procedures themselves. I did not have any questions since my gastroenterologist gave me an abundance of written directions both in paper and on My Chart .CPSC continued to offer me support by sending me reminders where I could reply with an automated alpha reply -so they would know that I had received the information.I really appreciated the supportThe day of the procedure I actually arrived a few minutes before my scheduled arrival time. Although I had completed a small novel of paperwork for them online there were still some other paperwork that had to be signed.Basically a Surgery Consent and then the HIPAA forms . I immediately noticed that they had done away with the paper affiliated with these required signatures They had sealed the forms in clear plastic and gave me a marker style pen to do the initialing signing and dating. That way they could just scan in the information and erase it so that when the next patient came along they could use the same form. Ingenious. in fact anyone concerned with saving the environment and paper i.e. trees should consider this for any volume of paperwork. Healthcare is not the only area they could benefit from thisI was called back a few minutes beyond my scheduled time by a very kind and efficient RN who requested I do the things necessary to prepare myself. She then started an IV all the while we chatted which made me very comfortable. She went out to reception and got the hubby so that he could sit with me waiting on the actual time to go into the Surgery Suite. After he was seated she proceeded to review the process so that he would know from beginning to end what to expect and I would as well.after she left my cubicle I realized that I was pretty nauseous so we asked if I could have something for that within two minutes she was back in with me giving me anti-nausea medicine through my IV. It absolutely helped. I have never had such a speedy service when asking for a medication in an inpatient or outpatient environment. Usually there are so many hoops that people have to jump through but Cedar Park Surgical Center has their ducks in a row for sure. Over the next few minutes I was visited by the Anesthesiologist the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist the RN that would be with me in surgery and Dr Nandy. Something I felt was above and beyond the nurse and the nurse anesthetist stood on either side of me reassuring me that everything would be finethat everything would go OK and that they would take good care of me. Ive heard of these techniques because they really do make a difference for the patient encouraging a positive experience. When I woke up an hour later I was in recovery where Carmen immediately offered to elevate my head and get me something to drink. I really appreciated this as I was determined to get alert enough to go home as soon as possible. About 30 minutes later Carmen came in and explained what the doctor had written related to my procedures then she offered to assist me in getting dressed which I would be doing while in my bed to decrease the risk of falling. When I felt ready she had a wheelchair locked and ready for me to sit in and be wheeled outside. Hubby had the car waiting in the patient pick up area as pre-instructed.THIS WAS MY MOST-INCREDIBLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN AN OUTPT OR INPT SETTING THAT I HAVE EVER HADI wouldnt hesitate to recommend the facility along with the team and I hope if I ever have to have something in the future that I can go back there they treat their patients like GOLD

I went in for a small procedure but as we all know no matter how small it is still nerve wracking. The nurses and staff were amazing. They really help put you at ease and really know what they are doing. The care was really wonderful they answer any questions you have and come and check on you frequently. They also kept my wife updated and let her know how things progressed. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

Had a screening procedure done today and everything went incredibly smoothly and on time or before scheduled time. All of the nurses front desk staff and anesthesiologists were very kind and responsive. I was in and out in 2 12 hours.Had a nightmare experience with a different doctor and Saint Davids last year resulting in two postponements at the last minute. I had enough and made sure to get a different doctor. Thank you so much to everyone at Cedar Park surgery center for making this whole process painless. Ill definitely suggest your facility to anyone who may need it in the future.

Its the little things and the unnoticed things. The arrivals of patients were staggered and only two people were ever in the waiting room at a single time. Everyone I spoke to verified my name date of birth doctor and scheduled procedures. This instilled confidence in me that I wasnt going to wake up missing a leg or have an unexpected missing organ. Each person I interacted with was happy extremely nice reassuring and personable. When you get into your bed they bring you a warmed blanket. My blanket eventually lost its heat and the nurse noticed so she got me another warm blanket and provided a tube for blowing hot or cold air under your blanket. The tube has a dial on it for you to manage the temperature of the air. I wasnt thrilled about my procedures but their attention to detail efficiency and level of care left me feeling super positive about the experience. 1010 would visit again.

My daughter had the pleasure and honor of being the first pediatric and ENT case at this facility to get her tonsils removed. I am not kidding when I say they had a whole army of health care professionals just for her I posted a pic of her in post- op just to show the amount of people dedicated to her well-being. Thank you Cedar Park Surgery for taking care of my baby
