The best pediatrician ever was Dr Kevin Ian I followed him to his new location at green park and some timeLater he retired. One day my daughter got a bacteria in her skin and we went to urgent care they said was only viral they didnt do any test at all and I have to wait a few days .. my daughter was getting worst and I found a new pediatrician for her the Dr Bernadette Haggerty she was like an angel she just saw my daughter and he said is not viral this is a bacteria And he helped my daughter with all the process and she also gave some advices for her skin care since that day her skin is ultra sensitive. Thank you Dr Haggerty

Dr. Wanebo is HORRIBLE. She has awful bedside manners and I wouldnt trust my childrens care with her. She is both aggressive and passive aggressive. She is very behind on times and lacks the knowledge needed to be a quality physician. I would not recommend her at all. If you have the option you should avoid her at all costs. Which is very unfortunate because we had the pleasure of having Dr. Haggerty as our PCP and she was amazing. Were now driving an hour and a half to Dr. Haggertys new practice in order to maintain quality care.

Dr. Lee and the team at this office have been taking care of our childrens medical needs for a couple years now and they have been wonderful. Dr. Lee always has helpful suggestions for us whenever we have questions about how to best take care of our two little ones. The team that she works with at this location has also been great at squeezing us in if one our little ones is sick and we need a quick appointment or messaging us on MyChart. Really grateful for such a committed and caring team helping our little family

DO NOT SELECT THIS OFFICE The Pediatrician here need more Medical Insight. Dr. Lee Saw my Daughter for 1 Year and never saw fluid in her ears SHE CAUSED Great Problems for my daughter DR Wanebo did not properly treat my daughter she went home and caught a FEVER of 103 so Much more has been Done but God will get the last say. So many times Doctors become numb to mistreatment of the Patients and go home to their families. Im Very Disappointed and the OFFICE MANGER try to cover for the Doctors in this Office All of Texas Children will know about this office I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL TRUE Justice and care is done for my Daughter No more hurting babies silently and going home as if youve completed your Job So much has happened but the outcome will be great for my Baby Girl.

I love this office. Dr. Haggerty is always looking out for my son. Not to mention the rest of the staff is always very nice to us.Update Dr. Haggerty no longer serves this clinic so my children now see Dr. Lee. I highly recommend her. She is very attentive and truly cares for her patients. All of the doctors and staff here are amazing.

The one star is for the staff. My kids have been seeing Dr. Wanebo since infants since before she moved to TCH. Working in the medical field myself I know how imperative patient confidentiality is. Unfortunately I had the chance to hear the front desk make a comment towards my children your patients. Also walls are so thin I could gear the Mas continuously makes comments regarding my children. one MA decides to rush in the room rudley telling us to leave before our 15 min waiting period after vaccine administration Yes we are a big family there was no need for discrimination towards my children your patients if you cannot accept your patients then this field isnt for you. Especially when working pediatrics. We felt very discrimated against for being a big family.

I saw Dr. Hayes and I am currently searching for a new Pediatrician due to a bad experience here. My child ended up going to Urgent care and we were told to follow up with an ENT by Urgent care and the doctor was very alarmed that the child had been sick for as long as she had and she felt there may have been reoccurring ear infections and scarring in the ear with Dr. Hayes telling us that she doesnt treat ear infections the same as others and didnt see a reason for urgent care to say the child had an ear infection really alarmed us and made us wonder if when we were told our child had no infection she actually did...we tried to do a follow up since we had communicated mostly with Dr. Hayes on my chart after the ER visit but Dr. Hayes recommended we find a new doctor. So then why the 5 star review I believe every physician at this clinic including Dr. Hayes are amazing physicians and we loved that we had no wait times we did not meet any doctor that did not provide us with excellent care and support even after hours I believe my experience is an isolated event rooted in confusion and a sick child but I did feel uncomfortable and you shouldnt feel like you cant trust your doctor or your child is sick because you listened to the wrong person

Dr. Connelly is very attentive and provides excellent care. Our daughter has been using him since her birth. Melissa was extremely helpful when we needed to get paperwork filled out quickly regarding our childs health and immunization history. She was very kind and put in a lot of extra effort to make sure the paperwork was completed when I brought it in so I didnt have to make an additional trip to pick it up later.

My kids were patients here. The nurses are rude and never give the doctor messages. The manager is the worst she rude very unprofessional. I have decided today to change my children to a different clinic. Doctor Wanebo was a ok doctor. I would never bring my kids here again. I wish doctor Mazur never left.

A pretty good TCP to bring your kids to. The clinic is clean and spacious. Also the staff is very friendly and efficient but the location is a little odd and confusing. Its on the fourth floor of an office building and the parking garage is around the back of the Prosperity Bank. You do have to pay for parking if youll be staying over 30 minutes so prepare for that.
