Scheduling is not efficient. There is only one scheduler who only schedules by phone no email or text. In this age of technology that is completely unacceptable. Currently still waiting to hear back from the scheduling person who will more than likely advise they dont have any appointments until next quarter.

We are treated with respect from the time we walk in the door. Dr. Shareefs nurse was amazing with my little man. Dr. Shareef listens and asks questions to find the right solution. He doesnt push medicate and move on. They are a great fit for our needs.

Texas Child Neurology has been amazing for my family. They have doctors that are able to assess test and diagnose children and adolescence. They may be neurodivergent or have extra needs. They also have an amazing staff of nurses and administrators that do a great job of making you feel welcome from the moment you make the first phone call to the moment you have your first appointment they walk you through every step with care. I will continue to see Texas Child Neurology from my childrens needs they are hands-down one of the best doctors and staffs I have had the pleasure to meet.

Front desk is so efficient nurse that roomed us was so personable Dr So was thorough as always very calm took the time to ask questions and listen and answer we did not wait long at all. Great experience as always

Ive never felt so listened to with any doctor ever as I have with Dr. Hurd. My daughter used to suffer from complex febrile seizures as a toddler and I wish that we had come to this pediatric neurology center then. Now 11 years old my daughter has chronic headaches. Her pediatrician sent us to Texas Child Neurology from out of state Louisiana. Dr. Hurd took the time over an hour to explain everything in a way that made sense to us. He wasnt condescending and was instead disarmingly nice and funny which put my 11 year old at ease. I like that medicine is still an art form in this clinic as Dr. Hurd thinks outside of the box and offered solutions to my daughters chronic headaches that I wouldnt have imagined. I am confident that my daughter is in good hands with Texas Child Neurology. Also we are from out of state and the staff was kind enough to suggest a safe and reasonably priced hotel nearby Fairfield Marriott on Angel Drive. This hotel gave us a late check out for free making the entire trip that much easier. We went to this huge Barnes and Noble nearby and had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. My daughter loved it.

Its so sad that even though Dr. Maqbool is a good listener and an excellent neurologist his nurses are VERY HARD to reach at. No phone calls only emails. So when I needed to ask for refills for my children the lack of clear communication and slow response adds up to the usual stress we are having already. I hope that they will improve on better communication in a timely manner.

When it was time to choose who we wanted as our childs neurologist Dr. Shareef was the best choice. To be honest I believe all of the doctors are great here. The staff is so kind understanding and very helpful. Theyve helped us navigate everything giving us expert advice and recommendations. The office itself is very well kept and clean. The location itself is easy to get to. Saying thank you for all youve done for us simply is not enough. Know that your children are always in the best hands with the doctors and whole team here.

We have always had a positive experience at Texas Child Neurology. Dr. So was highly recommended by several of the DFW and Plano Moms groups so when our pediatrician also recommended him we felt confident in scheduling the initial appointment. He is never rushed during meetings and takes time going over any concerns we have. The staff is quick to respond to emails and messages in between appointments.

Dr Chudnow is amazing. He has taken care of my son I believe the last 5-6 years. When things are hard for us to understand the Dr always made sure we understood and he has listened to not only us but my son as well. He is the one Dr my son feels the most comfortable around
