Horrible experience with this company would never wish anyone to deal with these vile kinds of people. I want to highlight the work of the service coordinators these people work extremely hard for a ruthless and unrewarding managing staff. Its obvious money is the only driving goal at this company I wouldnt want my loved one to be represented by these kinds of people.

This was my first time seeing a therapist in the summer of 2022.

What a wonderful place to work The Senior Managers are very professional and caring they allow for flexible schedules due to school and life situations.

Love the staff. Very compassionate and professional. Holly Danielle Angela and Jordan are the best.

Extremely unqualified and unprofessional employees from the clerks all the way to up to the Physicians Assistants who call themselves Doctors. Do not waste your time.

They have way better helpful staff. They go over and beyond to make sure you get the help you need. Thankful and grateful

Would give 5 stars as everyone there are very nice. But there have been many mistakes made on their end. And as a result the family member that needs assistance from them still hasnt received the assistance they need yet. Still trying to get them to correct their mistake to get the family member the help they need from them as they promised said they would do. Will update rating when theres something to update.

Dont call this place expecting help. The person who answers the phone will do everything in her power NOT to help you.. Even if you say youre in crisis...

They are such garbage here that they cant even schedule an appointment correctly. Came in for my SCHEDULED appointment to be told I had to wait over an...

Ive gone there for a few years now and I must say they are so awesome very prompt and very professional I like it when they escort me around instead of just roaming back to the level. Bottom line.... theyre great

Honestly one of the worst care providers for child development. I want start of by saying the set up for this program is terrible. Three individuals in a 10 x 7 room all talking at once trying to get you out of the door. All out of coordination with processes established and lack of empathy for the mothers that are seeking help. While all spoke at once and attempted to test my child at the same time in the same room. I couldnt even hear my self much less my child. Complete poor and rushed preliminary assessment by the team. I left deflated and disappointed with this place. At the moment I enrolled for the program but after visiting a true speech development therapist we decided to opt out. They genuinely took the time to test my child the correct way and he passed gross and motor test with flying colors. They have set up a good solid plan to help my son with speech and overall treatment was beyond amazing. For any new mothers or concerned mothers. RUN from this place - wont give you a true assessment or solid plan. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Texana Childrens Center for Autism did wonders for my son. I will never forget the hard work the staff gave him. He is now very advanced for his age and has mainstreamed into school. I very highly recommend
