Its okay I guess.

All my boys have been to Dr. Bondoc. Theres not one bad thing to say about her. She spends time with her patients. She always has called me Mom back with any questions or concerns Ive had regarding my children. We love her.Her staff are efficient and helpful. Ive dealt with late night asthma a child with croup newborn baby with jaundice many other issues lots of broken bones. She has never failed our family. Justin and Jimmy

The lady in the front name CAREN is a very disrespectful person very rude unprofessional . Needs better service as far as people in the front.

I took my baby son to Dr. Bondoc a handful of times for regular first-year visits. While the doctor was good at her job and friendly her front office staff were so unbelievably incompetent that it was a battle to make EVERY SINGLE VISIT happenThere was always some issue that they had with my sons insurance information even though it was actually in order. Then when the insurance company would fax the necessary information to them they - on two different occasions - said let me go check the fax machine placing me on hold for two or three minutes. But their fax machine is on the desk in their tiny front office which means there was no reason to waste my time on hold.Finally I rescheduled an appointment from last Tuesday to this Tuesday. But I just got a call from their front office confirming my sons appointment for WEDNESDAY They cant even get the right dayIf you work a lot of hours like I do youll understand that getting the appointment day wrong can cause a huge problem. This was the last straw for me I will not be taking my son back to Dr. Bondoc. She seems to be a good doctor although not what I would call great but she would do well to fire her front office staff and set the bar higher.

Dr Bondoc has been our familys pedestrian for over 20 years She and her staff are like family. I would pay cash to take my grandkids to her THE BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN

We absolutely love Dr.Bondoc she is very personable we are very lucky to have found her. She has been part of our family for 15 years Thank you Dr. Bondoc

My son and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Bondoc and everybody that works in her office They are kind passionate and always follow-up. Dr. Bondoc is everything I wanted in a pediatrician. I couldnt be happierWe had a bad experience with a previous pediatrician in Long Beach but it all worked out because in the end it led us to Dr. Bondoc and her staff

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Bondoc Office staff is very friendly and accommodating We are so very sad to move out of state because we will miss our doctor
