T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy Center - Surprise

TEAM4KIDS is such an amazing place with a great atmosphere for all the kiddos but the therapists are so patient and kind. My daughter has been in physical therapy for almost 3 months to assist her in learning to walk. Her therapist Stephanie has given her such confidence and social skills because my girl was very shy and helped her mobility so much. She now stands straight and doesnt fight us on trying to stand or walk she does it willingly.

My grand daughter comes here for speech therapy and occupational therapy. We have a regular schedule for speech but OT they are always booked up and we depend on cancellations and emails for therapy sessions. She loves coming here and seems to be doing well with speech therapy and OT. I feel that the speech therapy could be longer for better results as OT is 45 mins and in the few weeks shes been coming she has already learned to write her name. The speech therapist is very nice I have not met her OT therapist as of yet as her mom usually comes and they are more than likely different each time since we arent able to get an ongoing schedule.

T4K has been such a blessing. My nephew has been attending for about 2 and a half years. As he is growing out of being a toddler and into a bigger boy our Teacher Miss Megan has really worked with him and provides him and I more tools and knowledge on how we overcome the obstacles of life to maintain a happy life. I dont know what we would do without Miss Megan. T4K staff are our very good family friends and we love them very much If you have a young child who is of special needs or deals with behavioral issues T4K probably is right for you too Extremely caring supportive and understanding while also helping create new pathspatterns to get back to the road to success

I am so thankful for Team4Kids. The difference theyve made in my kids lives in just a couple months is amazing. Every therapist and receptionist weve met have just been so nice and helpful. And everyone is so patient and kind with the kids and any questions Ive had along the way. Thank you guys for everything you do

We waited over 5 months for an evaluation for OT. Waited 6 months for PT. Once everything gets cleared with insurance and you are ready to be scheduled you still have to wait to get a consistent visit or you are playing phone tag with the receptionist to schedule. They send out weekly reminders to schedule and the only thing they have are classes for OT. That my son doesnt qualify for so here we are waiting again. I was also told by our social worker we are supposed to be scheduled for a hour block why do they keep telling us 45 min We dont discuss his session for 15 min So are we getting shortened his therapy time that we already can never schedule I will gladly take my review down once this gets resolved this is ridiculous. I know I am not the only exhausted parent waiting on programs and availability. I have even opened up my availability to other locations and still nothing available

Id give zero stars if I could. You would think a place that works with autistic and special needs children would be more aware of the impact of their decisions. My son had went to this location for a few years for aba speech and OT. My son is non verbal and autistic. When we first started it was great when my son had Andrea his first aba therapist. She helped him make some pretty awesome strides in about 3 months but she decided to leave the company. After she left his therapy went out the window they changed therapist if not every month every other month. Then they decided to install team lunches so mid day you would have to pick up your child for an hour so they could hold hands together and sing. Next they decided OT and speech cannot be around the same time as aba so they expect parents to come back and forth up to four extra visits per week. Sorry some of us have jobs and have to travel a long drive to just do therapy so we cancelled OT and speech.They also didnt give any notification when changing therapist and my son would ALWAYS get the brand new person. Now they are blaming my son for no progression and to top it off my son this past year got diagnosed with seizures. Team4kids told my wife they can no longer have him at the facility because of his seizures. Im not an expert but pretty sure thats illegal and discrimination based on a disability. They have terminated his aba service because of his seizures. Now my sons seizures basically have him blinking and non responsive for afew seconds he doesnt fall on the floor. I could probably fight this outcome but based on how they have treated my son and my family Im glad we are no longer coming there. I do not recommend avoid at all costs

My son went to T4K for 2 years. He had the same therapist Kandyse the whole time. The was amazing helped him with so much. She basically became part of the family. All the staff here are so sweet. I would definitely recommend team 4 kids

My son is doing to much better with walking since starting PT at Team4Kids with Stephanie. Hes always excited to see his therapist the staff is always so sweet welcoming. I recommend Team4Kids to anyone everyone I can. There isnt a place that comes close to comparing.

We love Team 4 Kids 2 of my sons have been going to therapy at the surprise location for around 7 years and they love it All the therapist are great. My 5 year old is currently working with pauline in speech and he loves going to see her shes awesome

We LOVE TEAM4Kids My son has been doing speech therapy for the past 3 months and Ive noticed a HUGE improvement in his communication and annunciation. Everyone is so kind and friendly and accommodating. All the therapist my son has seen are fantastic but he loves miss Abbie
