Took 5 phone calls my Dr sending 3 referrals and multiple emails sent in order to have someone finally tell me that I was on a waiting list. One year later I get a call I schedule the appointments and they need my insurance information which a year ago thats what majority of the emails were for because I dont see any emails. I email later after unable to locate my card and said I can give you the number because it is the same number. 9 days of multiple emails in this time period they could have already emailed I could have had a copy sent and inform me I need a copy of your card. The amount of times I had to send picture after picture through email for them to keep telling me we didnt receive it how do I know you guys will receive it in the correct amount of time. Honestly I have been undiagnosed this long 23 years I dont need this headache. Ill go some more years undiagnosed. I canceled all appointments its not worth my headache to keep sending emails and getting no response or getting anyone to tell me anything. I as an adult recommend going undiagnosed since they cant contact in a timely manner and they dont receive anything you send. More hassle than help.

This place is very unprofessional. Ashton I believe who is the Charlotte manager has been giving me the run around. Ive emailed and called this place numerous of time and still did not get an appointment for my child. I was told after submitting all documents and getting the referral sent in by my child doctor I would be able to get an appointment with in 1-2 weeks. Still no call or email from them. Also my child doctor called and even asked for an update Ashton told the dr that he was going to call me within a week. Again still havent heard from them.

I was told if my therapist submitted a referral that I would get an appointment within 1 to 2 weeks. 2 months later after following up numerous times I was told they now have a wait list and they would put me on it. They are liars and do not care anything about the people that seek help from them.

I have literally called this office 10 times or more and left messages and no call back .Its been like 9 month since my son was referred here and I have been trying to talk to someone here to no avail .Sad sad sad when you trying to figure out things for your child and you cant get any help .I pray other parents are able to get help .

i am autistic so i have a very relevant review since i receive services here as an autistic individual. i have been a client of TEACCH for about 10 years. I have seen various therapists. All of the therapists have been very helpful. The reason why is because they are truly knowledgeable about autism. I have trouble with meeting new people and sharing things. They have made me feel safe and comfortable. They have helped me understand how autism impacts me in ways i never knew. They have helped me learn how to cope with certain situations and to help relieve some of my anxiety and meltdowns. i would recommend TEACCH to anyone. People who give bad reviews either have become frustrated due to long waiting list which is not their fault or they have not taken the time to receive the services that TEACCH offers. Everyone there is very caring soft spoken and accommodating. I cannot think of anything bad to say about them after being a client for 10 years. I am thankful that i have had them in my life.

Go somewhere else for services if youre able to but if not be prepared for the run around.
