Fortunately I wasnt calling TCN for any couseling needs and after the lack of response Im not sure I would ever use their services. I called and left four messages for Tasha and one for Babrbara and never received a call back from either.

They wouldnt prescribe me GABApentin or xannex I feel like the meds they give me dont work an Im gonna keep begging them for xannex I am a adultAn the meds they keep perscibing are screwing with my body

This organization its worth the time. My girlfriend was struggling with severe anxiety and depression and needed help. She came in for an evaluation and for months shes just been ran around and been labeled a alcoholic and sent to AA meetings which made her lose the job at Honda. They said they would be able to help get her back to work and they didnt. The completely fell through and ruined her to the point where she cannot function at all... Do not go here if you need actual help. They are a waste of tax payers money.

TCN has dropped the ball on providing services to my tenant. Not only have they failed to be co-payees for her rent and bills they have also failed to communicate with me failed to submit paperwork to GMHA. .Due to their lack of proactive actions l am being forced to evict my tenant. Please dont donate to this bureaucracy who fails to do their jobs.

Its hit or miss.The psychiatrist we found is a gem who shares her professional advice after listening to our experiences and concerns. Dr. Kaitlyn Pollack is professional understanding and friendly.However finding a therapist that you trust and respect is a process because you likely will have to try a few before finding the right person to help you. We went through six therapists in six months at the Xenia location because they shuffled us from one to another regardless of the fact that my daughter was there for help with separation anxiety.

Ive been a client on and off for multiple years for Substance Use Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. Ive always been pleased with the care I receive. Ive participated in their IOP PHP After-care individual therapy and psychiatric programs. Ive received medical help including the Vivitrol shot. The counselors are great Ive had at least seven different ones and care about their clients. They are able to refer to higher levels of care if needed. They accept Caresource.And as always with mental health facilities you usually get out of it what you put into it.

At best Sara at Fairborn TCN needs to be fired Unprofessional rude and has no place working in a mental clinic. She is going to smart of to the wrong person at some point most likely someone who is psychotic and they will go off on her. She has been observed agging clients on. Management at this place needs to step in with this girl. When working at a mental health clinic this is the last thing people need to deal with

This place is a joke. The counselors teach the exact same lessons every week from a book have them spend hours meditating so they can get their paperwork done and lie to you and tell you they are referring you for an inpatient treatment only to find out a month later they never did. My daughter went there truly wanting help and was let down by people who are there to milk you insurance for all they can get but dont want to lose a customer to a real treatment program. I have heard that the TCN in Xenia is much better.

I had decided to go here for volunteer mental health assessment for my PTSD for which I have every symptom and have had a mental breakdown. The list of symptoms for PTSD covers my problems And whats going to work for them Since starting up here at your establishment Ive been snooted by a nasty Ill mannered receptionist with a bad attitude a councelor that had an open slot the day I missed my appointment was wide open and he said no rescheduled me for in another month This part of my assessment is voluntary and I was needing a professional councelor to direct or referr me to the right place and ppl. As a contractor I would never suggest doing work for TCN. They havent paid two invoices they owe me for a total of 2600. And now wont return my phone calls.
