ABA therapy shed hope my son future. The way the staff has help my son through the years he been there showed gave us hope. The progress he had is un comparable. This center has improved my son skills in so many ways. The experience there is unique they way they reach us in parent training to help our son and understand him and how to improve his learning has drastically changed our hope in my son advancements in the future. I highly recommend this center.

My 5 year old started therapy at SOS in May of last year. When we decided to try it we wanted to do it for a few months but hes been doing so good so hell be there as long as he needs to be. Were so happy with everything theyve helped him with. When he started he was vomiting anytime he wasnt getting his way or when we were going to places he didnt want to go to he wouldnt look at us when we would call him by his name he only wanted to be home he wouldnt say one word. There is still a lot we have to work on but I know theyre doing what they can do to help him. The staff- Elena bcba is always there giving the attention kids need. I had the chance to take my son to a much closer place but the bcba ladies that were working there wouldnt last they communication with them is amazing I also love that I can watch what hes doing in the waiting area. Like I said he will be there as long as he needs to be. The whole staff is amazing I will always tell people about SOS how good they are and how much they teach and help my son with

My child has autism he has been participating in ABA therapy since April 2021 as a full-time patient. Since the start of the program we have requested for revision for his therapy plan due to school scheduling. We requested BCBA to participate in a meeting to revise the therapy plan.My son takes SP OT through the school district. We needed a balance of both programs to ensure progress and allow my child to adjust to his ABA schedule and school. However BCBA denied our request which was to reduce to 3 days per week from 1-4 ABA schedule. She said there are 9 waiting future patients and 3 days per week are not enough therapy session for my son. In the same conversation she mentioned 9 waiting patients again. We feel that this decision is not ethical nor is it fair that they discharged my child due to a schedule revision request. We once again expressed our concerns and reasoning to BCBA and they denied our request. Upon speaking with the owner of the clinic I was told the requested schedule would not allow enough insurance claims for the amount of money they seek per patient. We feel that money is the only motive of the clinic and not the progression of its patients. This behavior and treatment displayed is unethical and very unprofessional.BCBA is definitely abusing the needs of patients with autism and their families. It is very heart breaking to know that my child was kicked out from the clinic because of a request to revise his therapy schedule. I wish to file a formal complaint so that others are not treated in this disgusting manner.

This facility was very nice. The staff were wonderful. The owner donated to our charity Christmas party for special need families in need. She also allowed us to us this facility to wrap our gifts and provided care for our children. The staff that cared for our children were patient experienced and wonderful. My child had so much fun that he didnt want to leave. If I were closer and was in need of an ABA school this is one that I would choose. One that cares not just for their students but all people. Thank you Nichole D. for donating to our cause and donating your facility staff and dinner for us autism moms. You and your staff were awesome and a blessing to us.
