For much of the last decade we have endured a great deal pursuant to the recovery and wellness of our daughter. The staff here the psychologists the program administrators the nurses the psychiatrist each of the several people with whom we have had contact without exception have dazzlingly and extraordinarily demonstrated profound excellence of character and generosity of spirit. They are clearly impeccably educated and experienced patient flexible adaptive and absolutely dedicated to the wellness of their patients. Im so thankful that by some miracle and good grace we found this hospital and team of professionals.

Consistently creates lies whenever you to speak to a patient because they are too lazy to go get them. They will tell you theyre in group therapy for 4 hours when group therapy only last 30 minutes say theyre showering or say they are sleep when that is not true. horrible place to send your family if you want to communicate with them.

Please NEVER send your family here. This is the worse place they lie. Doctors would say theyd call me and never did only spoke to one person that never knew what was going on. They dont care about their patients they dont care how they discharge them. If i could give 0 stars i would. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN If hospital wants to send your relatives here DECLINE Go elsewhere.

Worst experience. I left my son with strangers no one contacted me about medication he received to calm him down until the evening hours after it happened and I called to talk to my son. The social worker assigned was a joke she had no idea what was going on with my child nor was a plan put in place once he returned home and back to school. If anything he has gotten worse and there are no supports built in.

This place is by far the worst place ever I feel horrible for having my son there. The staff treat the kids like theyre in prison. My son got covid the minute he got there. I would love nothing more than to sue the hell out of this place for malpractice. Not to mention staff be using their vapes in kids rooms the fights are outrageous and my sons chain necklace was stolen by staff. Absolutely horrible Dont send your child here by all means

I was sent here after a note threatening my bullies. When being here as a 5th grade I was the youngest there at the time im now 17 in junior year. I had gone through bullying within the hospital and would be blamed for stuff I did not do. This led me to lose roomate priveledges as well as being allowed to go downstairs and socialize. During the middle of the night they took my out of my room and locked me inside of a wuiet room with a chair without explanation. When I was let out it had been a few hours and I was not ever given a reason why they did this. To this day I have been given long lasting trauma. I am now on medication due to agoraphobia and anxiety that it had caused me. I would not reccomend taking your children or yourself here ever its not a safe environment and they have no respect or actual regard towards ones health.

This place deserves -10 stars. My son was in patient and he was physically attacked on the first day by another patient. He said there were fights every day.My son had a severe reaction to a new medication they gave him his body was shaking out of control and his eyes rolled back into his head. I didnt hear from him that morning which I thought was strange so I called in the evening to talk with him. After a long wait a nurse got on the phone and told me about his reaction to the medication and that she was supposed to call me earlier when it happened but she got busy. She told me they had to give him 6 Benadryls and he would be unconscious until the next day.Think about it - Would you put your child in a facility where when he has a severe negative reaction to medication and the nurse who was supposed to call the family and notify you when it happened got too busy and you didnt find out until later in the evening - and only AFTER you called asking about your child when the negative reaction to the medicine happened early in the morningWe only got to see him once the entire time he was there as an inpatient. When they transferred him to the PHP program again it was a nightmare. It was more like an over crowded daycare for kids that is poorly managed. My son was in their PHP for about 3 weeks and only saw his therapist ONCE There was no family therapy there no meeting to plan his discharge future mental health care. They were supposed to set up appointments with the doctors once a month so he could continue medication. They never scheduled a follow-up appointment with the doctor so he did not continue to prescribe medication. He didnt get the help he needed at this facility.I made several phone calls requesting to speak to his doctor the nurses therapist and they did not respond until I left several angry messages to the management staff. If you care about your childs mental health PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS FACILITYMy son did not get the help he needed here and the staff was understaffed and inadequate at performing their jobs.

Im writing this review to help other parents with the extremely difficult decision as to whether or not to move forward with placing their child in this facility. I didnt have much of a choice we were desperately seeking help and this facility was willing to do just that. However after reading the reviews I was emotionally and physically sick knowing I had just placed my child. I want to share our experience. The day he arrived I received several phone calls. First the intake nurse that went over all of my questions and gave me a breakdown of the what I could expect. Second call was from Dr. Dwevidi Psychiatrist to get my input as to what brought us here. He asked excellent questions and even better follow up questions. Third call was from Megan Therapist who again explained what I could expect. The final call of the day was from my son. Who was finally calm and understood why he was there. He said staff treated him with care and kindness. Room was acceptable showers were decent. He didnt care for the food but is a very picky eater. Every time I called the phones were answered and I was able to get answers I needed. I was even able to call my son if I wanted to. I know this is a long post I could continue. I just wish I had someone to put my mind at ease. I pray this helped and you have the same experience we did.

I stayed here for 13 days In the West wing for female adolescents there were multiple fights staff would take their anger out on clients particularly Mrs. Precious She was always yelling at the younger kids and refusing to get necessities for us. In my case it was a blanket but I heard her refusing many things to others such as towels toothbrush water etc.. One staff that did an amazing job was Ryan. He was caring with everyone no matter their age and fair most of all he was fair to kids and helped brighten their days. Nurse Emma as well was very sweet and helped me with any of my needs during my stay. Despite those two helpful staff I wouldnt recommend sending your kids here. I didnt have a good experience overall.
