With over 20 years of experience in special education, school-based support, and ABA, I am dedicated to helping learners thrive. I partner with families, schools, and communities to create clarity, collaboration, and solutions that make a lasting impact.

Sharonda Sterling-Doobay is the founder of SterlingConnectED and brings over 20 years of experience in special education, school-based support, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to helping learners thrive by fostering strong partnerships with families, schools, and communities.

At the heart of Sharonda’s work is a focus on creating clarity, collaboration, and practical solutions that lead to lasting, positive change. Through SterlingConnectED, she champions the belief that every child can learn—and that meaningful progress happens when all stakeholders come together with a shared purpose.
