Introduction

Hi, I am Stephanie, a licensed, certified speech-language pathologist. I am passionate about helping my clients reach their communication goals. I love to find what works for each of my clients, tailoring therapy to meet their needs as well as making it engaging and meaningful to them. I want each of my clients to see how things we work on in our therapy sessions can be used in other settings such as school, work and activities with friends and family.

I chose compassionate because I feel that each of my clients deserve the very best care, I want to help them feel confident and successful when communicating with others. I chose creative because I will work diligently to find things that work for each of my clients, tailoring our therapy sessions to not only meet their needs but their interests as well. Finally, I chose engaging as I enjoy building relationships with my clients and their families helping them navigate therapy and things related to therapy to gain the most out of each of our therapy sessions.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I am best positioned to work with children from preschool to college who are working on their articulation, language and/or social skills helping them learn to communicate and navigate school, work and social situations. I also work with those experiencing stuttering and voice concerns helping them build confidence in their speech. I am there to support them during their journey through therapy being their advocate in addition to being their therapist. My overall approach is client-centered, focusing on creating a supportive therapy space where they feel they can make progress toward their goals.
