We are coming this clinic since my youngest son was born which is 2 years ago. The staff is very nice waiting time is not too long. Whenever I call them they answer quickly. Dr. Brittany was my sons primary care physician. She is very helpful and answers all of my questions. The nurses are very friendly and kind. I transferred my other 2 kids to this office. The office is clean and neat. It is a little crowded when there is a lot of patients but it is because of small space. Overall I recommend Scrips pediatrics for everyone.

I have been taking my children here since 2017 after giving birth to my first child. We have continued going here when we welcomed our second in 2021 the doctors and nurses are really good in making my children feel safe. Im lucky to have them as our pediatric clinic. All the ladies know their work and are always friendly.

Overall the doctors care about their patients and want to get them the services they need. There are Some major problems with them answering phone calls in a timely manner but other than that they are good to 5 of my children so I give them 4 stars out of 5.

Been tryna call them all morning I keep getting hung up on every time I been calling they had this issue before but it got better now I guess not. This medical office can be very unreliable. Been with them 6 years I like them a lot but this phone stuff really gets under my skin.

My daughter has been seen by walton ped since she took her first breath 15 years ago. Maybe Im a fool creature of habit or maybe I appreciate the little things I do understand and appreciate the fact that many of the patients are low income and the doctors are doing what they love or have a passion doing. So respect.

I am crying in the parking lot of this polyclinic right now. They gave a report of no medical disability for my child who has autism report from a neurologist and psychologist. My kid is diagnosed but they wrote he is not diagnosed at this time. This is making false statements on purpose. Ill look for my rights about it. And when I asked them to fix it doctor Nadia R. Alder started scolding me in front of my child. She started arguing and raising her voice unnecessarily in front of my already traumatized child. She was literally angry. And when I shared this with the manager of course nothing was done. People who do not have anger control should not be in childrens clinics. Also this doctor had misdiagnosed my child before. And the next day I had to call the doctor again. They told me to go back to the clinic and then they sent me a 75 bill even though it was their fault. You have no right to even ask them to correct the mistake they made here.Update Because I was demanding my rights they canceled my childs appointment without notice and did not disclose his ultrasound results. This is literally playing with my childs health. It could have been something serious. I had to change our health center to get our ultrasound results.

I was nervous with all the bad reviews on here but my daughter need to be seen so I made an appointment anyways they answered pretty quick and were very nice. In the waiting room they have signs everywhere telling people to keep their mask on at all times and it was pretty empty only about two other families with about 2-3 people max. When we got called back both the nurses and doctor were amazing. My daughter was comfortable with all of them she only cried when she got her shots. The doctor answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns about my daughter and she took her time explaining everything. I didnt feel rushed at all.

Ive been to this office 2 times and I dont plan on ever going back. Even with Covid they allow their waiting room to get over crowded. On top of that both times weve been in to this office we arent even seen by the dr for TWO HOURS. The first time this happened I let it go. But the second time I called 20 minutes before our appointment to ask if the waiting area was crowded and if there was a long wait to see the dr. THEY SAID THERE WAS NO WAIT TIME AND ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM So to my surprise we show up to about 8 people waiting. I had to ask if they would call my phone so we could wait outside. It took asking FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE for someone to finally agree. An hour later were called inside the nurse was nice and helped us out immediately. But we still waited in the room for another hour before I stepped out asking how much longer. Some time after the dr comes in for maybe a 3 minute check up of basic questions. THEN were told to wait AGAIN for the nurse to come back in and administer the shots. Absolutely ridiculous Take your kids somewhere else

Love love love this office my children are always taken care of. when i need advise from the doctor they always give good advise if i need a refill on medication the doctor always sends it to my preferred pharmacy. i do not know why everybody else hates this office but i love it. All the doctors and staff are very nice and helpful in every way. Yes the phone lines are hard to get through but when I do get through the staff are always apologetic and I understand that my child is not the only child they care for.
