Stavros - Springfield

Ive been a pca for Stavros for several years. No one returns phone calls. Everyone on the same payroll as me has been missing hundreds of dollars worth of hours from our paychecks. Nothings been done about it even after we were able to reach someone. My account was in the negatives due to money missing from my paycheck

Stavros not only put a ramp on my home but they also GAVE me a very nice electric wheelchair within weeks of my diagnosis They went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend Also from reading others reviews I feel impelled to correct. The PCA and is hired independently by the disabled person. The PCA is not the responsibility of Stavros and is paid by an outside co. Stavros only sets up the disabled person with services and trains them to hire their own PCA

If I could give zero stars I would Apparently no one knows how to do there job correctly Terrible communication No one ever answers or returns phone calls Paperwork is delayedlost Hours are incorrect This place is a joke I honestly dont know how there In business. I was the surrogate for my grandmother.. she has been In and out the hospital.. due to there negligence and not submitting paperwork there was a shortage of hours.. she needed more care then what she was getting.. she ended up falling no one was there and going back into the hospital She was released with hospice. It wasnt long before she ended up back in the hospital. She needed 24 hour care. She passed away 2 days ago I was told she would be considered high priority but that was a lie Her paperwork is all mixed up and nothing was ever submitted to the insurance company its been a month now my grandmother has passed and the paperwork is still just sitting in there office Absolutely nothing was ever done They should not be getting paid and they need to be held accountable Thank you for everything stavros

I have been leaving messages for over a month now with no response. I am in serious need of help and not getting any.

This company doesnt return phone calls. I see so msny bad reviews in this regatd i dont know why i bother to leave a review. I am sure they wont respond just like they havent returned my messages either. If i could i. Would fire this organization and replace them with a more responsive and caring group. They say it would take up to 3 days for them to respond. It has been 5 days and i still get nothing but answering machines. I was evaluated for PCA services a month ago and still cant get through to anyone....

I still havent received the new hire packets I requested two months ago or the ones I requested last week. Its difficult enough to get through the call line and when you do you have to continue to call back to make the same request over and over again.

If you get hired I hope you like spending hours on the phone with payroll. They sent my money to 2 different places they shouldnt have been. I spend my days off on the phone with payroll.

This place really needs serious cleaning on ppl working on here. most of the time they do pick up wen I call but if ur calling about ur pay roll dont bother calling here they will give u the number still dont pick up. If they need u to do orientation they never give u the tight info its a btch with these ppl

Good luck getting thru to anyone. They are very bad at answering the phones and returning calls. This is for both offices. You literally have to have a direct phone number for who you are trying to reach or you will just be frustrated. I have been dealing with Stavros for more than a decade and this has always been an issue. If you call less than 30 minutes before they close they simply wont pick up. If you call on a Friday especially a Friday before a three day weekend you wont get thru at all.Ive been hung up on. Placed on hold upwards of 45 mins and when someone picks up again Ive had to explain my whole reason for calling again. Today someone picked up and placed me on hold without even speaking. I listened to two beeps every 5 seconds for 10 mins before i finally hung up and edited this review. SOMEONE in the higher roles NEEDS to change this
