If you compare this non profit to others and state facilities with union representation Star takes too much advantage of their staff and constantly overwork them. The resources may be limited but there is no all hands on deck atmosphere what so ever. Nepotism is common play rules only apply as needed Need I say moreThe only pro of Star is that at times you get a client that has a strong family representation which keeps Star on their toes.

They do very well with the resources and the budget that they have. I have never heard of an instance of them neglecting or treating unfairly anybody who benefits from their service
