Hello! I'm Kayla Swayne, M.S., BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over nine years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have been a BCBA since 2021 and have provided services across home, school, community, and telehealth settings, working with children and families with a variety of needs. I am passionate about using Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to help children develop meaningful skills through play, daily routines, and real-life experiences. I believe learning is most effective when it is engaging, individualized, and relevant to each child's everyday life. My goal is to build strong, collaborative relationships with families while providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps each child reach their fullest potential.
