I love this office I dont know about the rest of the place but the people in orthopedic are extremely friendly. They even canceled my daughters appointment at the last minute and fixed it to where she didnt have to miss school A lot of people do not go out of their way to do things like that. Everyone I talk to there has been very nice. I think the first time I went I talked to Christy and even though we had a little bit of trouble finding the place at first because Google maps took us the long way She still let me keep my appointment. I dont remember everybody elses name but everyone was friendly.

I would have given a 1 but Dr. Meyer did a good job managing my sons broken arm. Having said that it would have been nice if the office staff tried to alarm us that the xray they sent us to within the campus was a hospital rated radiology rather than a Dr. Office radiology. The price difference submitted to insurance is quite different. I asked for the office managers number so I could inform them that they should let the patients be informed but I was given the wrong phone number to reach the office manager. If you decide to receive care here I would ask the Dr. for a script to get an xray at someplace cheaper.

The ladys at the front desk in suite 3A are very rude and obnoxious. They say all of your personal information very loudly which is very embarrassing They also talk to you like you are stupid and have no knowledge I dread taking my son here due to how rude the receptionist are. They need way better staff considering that is the first thing you see when walking into the office they put out a really bad image on the whole office. I will not be using this office again

A very positive experience for myself and my daughter. Clean courteous and quick. My daughters Neuro was impressed at the high quality of the MRI that was performed.

We took my daughter there in December of 2021 for their speech therapy program and we got Ms. Connor and she was AMAZING with my daughter. She put so much effort into working with her She did it for one year twice a week and by the end of the year you didnt even know she couldnt say a single word before she started. My daughter was very shy and not social at all and now shes so outgoing and completely changed her confidence She just recently started school and she passed the school screening for speech I couldnt be happier with the work they do here Would recommend to everyone thinking about doing speech therapy for their kids Great place

Our child was recently seen at the Orthopedic unit here for a broken bone and we had a top notch experience The injury happened on Sunday evening and we had an appointment set to be seen with an MD at 10am the next morning. They got us in right away x-rays done and cast on in less than an hour. The follow up appointment was similar no wait and continuous communication from the teams involved with getting the cast off x-rays and care from the MD. This location was 40 minutes from us and I would return in a heartbeat if needed.

Whatever you do DO NOT get blood drawn from a lady named Karolin and her assistant Angie. My son has been getting blood work done quite often since hes been 1 hes 3 now so he not new to the situation at and last time he didnt even cry. Well we had to go in yesterday and the lady blew his vein and blamed it on his grandpa holding him.I always bring grandpa to hold him because hes to strong for me to hold down I believe its because she didnt have a good enough grip in his elbow So l ask if she would like us to switch and we do so she goes to try the other arm and is digging in his arm for like 2 minutes as he his screaming telling them to stop and that they are hurting him at this point I have a nasty look on my face and her assistant tells her to pull it. This lady was going to continue to dig in his arm and then at the end she says oh it didnt hurt it was just they way you were holding him in front of my child basically dismissing his feelings. I believe they have traumatized him. They didnt even get the blood work we need and tied the tourniquet so tight on both arms his has bruising from it. I took this to Facebook to find out this is not the ladys first time doing something like this.

I drove 4 hours one way to get genetically tested for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I talked about family history was given a hypermobility test basically just stretching and was told that since I was 2 points off they didnt think I had it. No blood draw no cheek swab no referral just switch my shoes and have a nice day. I had no choice but to accept it but that was my chance that was my one chance to find out and they didnt even do anything. Had I known that was how it was going to be I might not have wasted hundreds of dollars and four days of my moms time. Also the office folks are not happy to answer questions so if you can email them directly to your doctornurse I would try that first though Im still waiting on a response so just say as little as possible and they will ask you what they need to know about your question. Please go somewhere else if you can or ask them to verify what they will be doing ahead of time before you spend so much money and time getting there.

Being overcharged for a simple X-ray. Facility charges hospital fees for X-rays done in office. Being charged 300 more per X-ray than if I would have went to an actual outpatient facility. Billing department told me I should have asked to go to an outpatient facility which I explained I thought I was as this facility is not on hospital campus at all. The Wash U Orthopedic UC that I was referred from did an X-ray as well and I was not charged hospital fees. Office staff needs to make patients aware of the unknown charges BEFORE having imaging done.

They stick to their appt times and that is awesome. We were in and out in 30 minutes with a cast removal. Place was well staffed and proficient in their duties. Had x-rays done and almost immediate results. Clean location and very modern looking.
