Our first appointment with Ms. Megan was excellent she was very detail oriented when she explained all she observed with my son. Very knowledgeable professional staff all around. Check in with the front desk was very easy and friendly. I have not started full group sessions with my son yet but first impressions mean alot to us.

Everyone at the office has been incredibly friendly attentive and helpful. Weve been to the office a few times already and have always had a wonderful experience. Danielle the audiologist we met with was so wonderful and answered all of our questions.

My son has been attending speech at the Westfield location for several years now. His therapist Ms. Sommer is skilled with the prompting technicians my son needs and she is patient with him as he gets off task easily. The office staff is great and very personable.

Absolutely love this office and the therapists who continue to help my son. We have seen great strides in a short period of time. My son does individual speech as well as social skills group at this office and we have seen significant improvements in his communication skills. He had a particularly great time during their two week social skills camp this summer - they took what they were learning and applied it in real settings the park ordering food bowling etc and he did great.

Melissa was amazing with the kids my son enjoyed this summer program so much This is such a great program and also so good for the kids to build social skills and incorporating speech into it just makes it all the more essential in their development. Melissa has become a staple in my sons development and will continue to participate in any program she is involved in

Susan is such a thorough clinician. She is warm to decrease anxiety. She asks the right questions and explains what is wrong or whatever questions you have. I highly recommend her and I am a pediatric PT. She is the most thorough evaluator we have had so far. You are in good hands

My son has been receiving therapy with Miss Sherilyn for less than a year she is the best and what can I say about Alexandra she is always so attentive and friendly they are a great team.

Speech and Hearing Associates is a great resource in our community We have gone twice for my daughter to get two hearing tests - one for newborn and a comprehensive hearing test following ear infections. The specialist Danielle warmly greeted my child I in the waiting area and gave sufficient details about what to expect with the CAP evaluation. It lasted about 50 or so minutes which my child exercised more patience than usual to get through - quite a feat if you know my child. It finished okay.

There are ALWAYS professional and friendly. The environment is always clean and tidy very warm and comfortable while your wait. Therapists listens about your concerns and always willing to go the extra mile. Ive had three therapists since we started and they all have done a fantastic job.
