Speech and Hearing Associates - Park Ridge

Weve been going to Speech Hearing Associates for a year and half and very pleased with our experience. Ms. Shoshanna has been a tremendous help to our daughter. The staff is great and very accommodating. Highly Recommended.

Barbara Bahos has been wonderful. I was very concerned about my voice before I began. After having COVID in December I began to get very hoarse. When it didnt go away after almost a month I began speech therapy. It continues to improve daily. So thankful

Dr. Allison Hughes provides excellent service. She worked hard to get a failing hearing aide replaced before the warranty expired. Though she only works Fridays I recommend her.

Dr. Hughes is so thorough and compassionate and caring and just plain knowledgeable about hearing that this is the best place to be for taking care of your hearing and health Its a pleasure having her services available. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience with Speech and Hearing associates in Park Ridge. I had my daughter evaluated by a Speech language pathologist for tongue thrust after an orthodontist had some concerns. Kristine was wonderful. She put my daughter at ease made things fun and completed a thorough evaluation and feedback to put my mind at ease. Speech and Hearing associates of Park Ridge accommodated us with a mid day appointment so my daughters her first therapy session was during her lunch recess period at school. Overall we have had a great experience. The staff is wonderful warm and friendly. We definitely recommend this practice

Dr. Allison Hughes was terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure that I completely understood everything. I will certainly recommend her to everyone I know.

Alyssa at the Park Ridge location has giving my son the ability to communicate and speak. It was hard seeing my son struggle not communicate close up and not engage or play bc of his lack of ability to speak. Alyssa has given my son something that my wife and I couldnt do and felt helpless about. She is such an important person in our lives for what she has done for my son. She has amazing energy is so warm cheerful and is very dedicated devoted to her craft. I hope she can one day take on a management leadership role and mold other therapists to be just like her.

We had 2 visits to the Speech and Hearing associates in Oradell NJ. The physician was very thorough and communicated clearly and precisely pertaining to my sons ailment each time.The disappointment was with the entire checking in system and waiting period.Both times I checked in the day before and these were for scheduled appointments not last minute.Once I got to the facility. I had to check in again by text. Each time my son was not seen until 30-45 minutes after his appointment time. In my opinion that is very unprofessional and discouraging. Why check someone in 3x 2x before they get there again once they get there and then make them wait almost an hour before they are seen by the doctor.Also during our second visit once they text us and told us to come in once we went through the front door a staff was already checking in a girl with her mom and her mom was fixing her mask. The family then walked with the staff.As soon as they walked away I started heading towards the door and a lady came opened the door and said you are supposed to come all the way in.I explained to her there was a family just there getting checked in so I waited until they left. She was apologetic. Honestly I am going to see if I can find a different ENT for my son so I dont have to wait 40 minutes to be seen for an appointment previously scheduled.ThanksEvelyn LangSon- Myles Lang

Shoshana Brody is the best speech therapist in the world. Her understanding of how to get the most out of her patients is wonderful. The office is always very accommodating and sensitive to our needs especially where scheduling is concerned. Im thankful for the location of this office and for the very professional and caring staff.

This was an emergency as my son had a medical issue was picked up early and schedule was thrown off. I missed ONE session months ago which I paid in full...
