Desire is amazing we love her and Im so grateful for her help. The front desk staff act like smiling at customers is a sin. Weve been here multiple times and it always feels like were bothering them when we need to check in. There are usually 4-5 receptionists as well. I understand theyre doing their job and have other responsibilities I guess just a well be right with you would be nice.

Love the providers but the office staff takes over three business days to send a prescription. They didnt used to be this way but something has changed unbelievably frustrating. Do not recommend.

Literally the most annoying doctors office that I have ever dealt with. Made the mistake of trying to give them a second chance. Never should have given them a first chance. Save yourself a headache and listen to the other one star reviews.

Horrible experience and my immediate concerns were not addressed and instead was instead told that were not going to focus on that. I was then charged over 300 with insurance without ever seeing a bill until about 2 months later i received an invoice for another 100. This is a shady business and in no way did i feel that i was listened to about my concerns. Dont waste your time and money here

Poor communication is a huge issue. Additionally practitioners are late to every appointment and will never give you the full hour of time youre paying for. If youre looking for psychiatrists that actually care youre better off looking elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE They use fradulent CPT codes to increase the cost of your visits if they go over 16 minutes - even though the code used is for a 30-39 minute visit. They add codes for psychotherapy with a medical evaluation but they wont give you the results of the evalutation without a charge - and lets be honest that cannot be completed in a routine 16 minute medication management visit. There are no options to submitt a grievence speak to a patient advocate or really any information on how to deal with complaints who theyre regulated by etc. Its a total sham of endlessly dealing with fradulent charges for insufficient care. If you have to use them check your EOBs keep track of all visit content and length. Work with your PCP if you can or any of the online options like Hers - anything is better than this place

Getting someone on the phone to after the new patient option is close to impossible. They dont return voicemails throughout the day and instead wait until the end of the day. Billing team is terrible and charges an absurd amount for missing an appointment even when the provider logins online late

Bria is amazing. Man I trust her care. The staff in this office could use some bed side manner and a sense of urgency on behalf of patients. A 40 minute wait time on hold is too long. No one from your staff seemed to even acknowledge that. When they receive a message that they thought would be an easy closure they answered within ONE minute. My messages went unanswered before and after that. It makes me feel like I shouldnt continue with this office even though I completely trust Brias care. The front office staff make or break it for most patients and this office needs to learn empathy and how to answer a question without reading off of a script. Bria made me feel like I was heard. I love my psych Jacqui Gonzalez. She is wonderful at her job She is compassionate and professional. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns asks me about my life and answers any questions I may have thoroughly to ensure Im getting the care I need. I havent had any major issues with the front desk staff but they can be a bit unresponsive and impersonal.

I am forever grateful for the care Ive received from Specialty Clinic of Austin since 2015. The staff and doctors are incredibly patient helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get the best care possible. They use technology and communication is always prompt and efficient. People who complain in their reviews simply have no experience with other clinics.Even after I moved 60 miles away I still remain a patient at Specialty Clinic of Austin due to the amazing level of care. My appointments are always timely and they make sure to stay in contact with me in case I have any issues with my pharmacy or insurance. I receive notifications and reminders which makes things so much easier in my daily life.I owe a debt of gratitude to all the staff and doctors at Specialty Clinic of Austin. Without them I wouldnt be where I am today. They truly care about their patients and provide nothing but a beyond positive experience. Other clinics could learn a thing or two from them
