Special Travelers

Special Travelers aims to bridge the gap between learning and living; to advocate for education to be effective by being practical and strengths-based. We do this primarily through training and consultation to educational teams; partner organizations; and families. Additionally; we provide the quality of life supports to empower individuals to become more independent and active members of their communities; home and abroad. Some of these services include; but are not limited to; accompanying individuals on family vacations; events and day trips; facilitating common community-based scenarios such as shopping for groceries or eating at a restaurant; or;creating effective home-based systems for improving meal time; leisure activities and basic responsibilities.
