I highly recommend that people dont apply here the people lie make up things and when you ask them whats going on they tell you that they dont half to tell you. I would put a lot of names in here but thats unnecessary. That goes for both offices grand concourse and elmsford. They do everything over the phone unprofessional. When you ask for paperwork they dont have it. you cant see what they lies are. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. All they care about is the money. They dont care about the staff in no way shape or form. I had got hurt on the job and they targeted me. Please dont do it dont work here.

The worst company you can work for. No accountability no recognition no common decency when dealing with employees. Especially the residential DSPs are not respected and is expected to do 18 hour shifts due to SCFUs inability to pay employees appropriately.

The chief compliance officer Dina Hardy is a terrible person and she should not be allowed to work in a company that claims to help people. She goes out of her way to hurt innocent people and likes to screw other womens husbands on company time. I have a friend who is in therapy due to the things Dina Hardy has done. She should not be trusted with patients.

Please do not let your loved ones reside in any of the houses at this agency. The houses are full of so many citations they should be shut down. Thousands and thousands of dollars were stolen from so many people with disabilities in 2022 and have yet to receive their money back Please look else where is you want quality care with people who will support your loved one. This place is a fraud starting from the lying CEO Alex Dimiao.

I highly recommend people to reconsider applying to this company. This is a Non-Profit organization they dont have a union. They do not care for the workers they dont give recognition or appraisal for hard work. Even if you work there over 5 years they will terminate you like you never worked for them also terminates over the phone. Once you have a complaint NO one will be there for you and after you complain they target you to get rid of you. After Terminating you THEY WONT APPROVE YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT. Once again please for your time DONT WASTE your skills or CERTIFICATIONS on this COMPANY

My family member receives services from SCFU and loves them. The main thing to remember with this or any agency providing services for the developmentally disabled is the process takes time. Be patient persistent and clear on what you or your loved one needs.

My wife had an accident with one of their drivers the driver was very careless with all the passengers in her vehicle. It does not look like this company cares about who is driving the passengers since I tried to reach out them to give them a notice but I have never got a call back from anyone.

Stay FAR away from the organization. They crook the books cheat steal lie and are unethical. The CIO Christopher Maass embezzled 180K and the CEO Jessica Zufall-Guberman preforms gross nepotism
