I cant say enough about the care and attention I received from the incredible professionals at Spaulding Outpatient Rehabilitation Center in Orleans. I fractured my C7 in early October and was in a rigid neck brace until December 9th. Upon the removal of my brace my doctor immediately approved me to start PT with the hope I could resume full physical activities upon successfully completing the recommended therapy of a professional physical therapist. Because of the immobilization for 2 months my neck muscles were stiff and my range of motion was limited. I was also anxious about re-injuring myself.I did my research. Spaulding was in-network within 30 minutes of my home and had an outstanding reputation based on the experience of friends and the online reviews I found. They set up an appointment immediately for an initial consultation and assessment. The office staff was phenomenal ensuring I had all the information I needed for my first appointment. . While it is clear they are extremely busy and it appears they could use more therapists I was able to schedule all of my appointments on dates and times that worked for my schedule. By my choice I was seen by several different therapists so I could schedule my appointments sooner and more frequently. Im glad I did as it allowed me to get the perspective and expertise of several different therapists. I understand this is not the standard practice and that they prefer to schedule you with the same therapist for most of your appointments. Throughout my 8 visits the office staff and each of my physical therapists were amazing. I was greeted immediately with a smile and inquirty about my health. The therapists started on-time were friendly informative inquisitive empathetic encouraging and challenging. The facilities are immaculate full of equipment and space and they take hygiene and public health seriously. I saw Dave Terry Tom Jennifer and Desiree. Each demonstrated a sincere interest in my healing and provided helpful ways in which I could increase my strength flexibility and long-term health. I am grateful to each of them for their excellent care. I am thrilled that I was discharged before all of my approved sessions but dont feel it was premature. I credit the work each therapist performed onwith me as well as the exercises homework they provided for helping me heal thoroughly and quickly. If you are on the Cape and need PT services I strongly recommend Spaulding. Give them a call. Thank you Spaulding Team

My daughter was denied care today because we refused to swap out a perfectly good mask for a new mask they provide. The amount of plastic being pumped into the land and water is horrifying and the benefits are marginal at best. the staff was intolerant and made very little effort to understand our concerns.

Erin and Natalia are both really wonderful and their core-strengthening physical therapy sessions for my spine issues and back pain made a noticeable difference in just a few months. Thank you
