I recommend this team for physical therapy. Staff is amazing so friendly and helpful. All your concerns and issues can be solved in max short time and for your comfort. I have a problem with legs pelvic pains after surgery. I got so amazing therapy for long time and all paper works was done so quickly. Jennifer thank you so much youre so amazing person. I thankful for your understanding helping me and supporting and spending your own time on me. Jennifer explained me all happened with me and she was able to answer on any my questions that shows her professionalism. I wish all the best to all your team I love you and absolutely sure that its the right place for taking care about yourself. If you have a YMCA membership you can leave your kids in KIDS club for an appointment time. You dont have to cancel your appointment or to looking for some babysitter YMCA staff is ready to help you. I have an issue that causes me to need Pt every few years. Jen Grey is excellent. She is very familiar with my condition and explains everything clearly. She has helped me to develop things at home so I can continue care through out the year

Exceptional .... I read the last review as I was waiting in the office for my eval appointment with Susan. Ugh.. as I sat there I was very close to canceling my appointment and going to another PT office dreading my upcoming experience. Then they called my name and I was all in. It is true Susan Did not greet me with a hug. Although she was kind professional very thorough and super smart. She took the time to answer my questions and gave me straight answers. She is a class act in my opinion and look forward to continuing working with her

The most impersonal group of people Ive come across in rehab. The ladies at the front desk are rude and always have a computer problem. I did my evaluation with the PT almost in complete silence. No conversation at all. Even after a few visits the PT wouldnt even acknowledge me when I arrived. Not even a hello. I cant really speak for every PT there but my PT was named Susan. When I was in the therapy area the PTs would make fun of the front desk women and say how dumb they are. Serious communication problems across the board here. Ive been to four different Physical Therapy places in the Salem area and this is by far the worst.
