Southwest Special Education Local Plan Area (SW SELPA)

The Special Education Famiy Resource Center is a place that families or caregivers of children receiving special education services in the Southwest SELPA community (School Districts, Charters) can go to obtain information, resources and support for their children.;The Special Education FRC offers a library of books, videos/dvd's, learning materials and much much more. We are continually adding to our library.;Also, Southwest SELPA is committed to helping families and schools solve problems and conflicts in the fastest, easiest way through staff and parent trainings to support collaboration, positive communication and resolution of conflict, informal resolution sessions, and facilitated IEP sessions.
