Weve been taking our children to Southlake Pediatrics for over 13 years Their care patience friendliness and wisdom are absolutely the BEST We particularly love the fact that all of their nurse practitioners are also lactation consultants. Not only did our babies receive outstanding care but as new parents we felt encouraged and empowered every step of the way---and their guidance has continued beautifully through every new parenting chapter We would absolutely recommend Southlake Pediatrics

Pediatricians are not knowledgeable they need better training and I felt uncomfortable as they didnt know the most basic things about infants.PS The response that I have received from this facility was no response. No call nothing. I spent months trying to figure out how to feed my baby properly. They didnt even know what the problem was and always rushed me out of their facility. Went to another pediatrician office problem solved. Go to a real pediatrician office these guys are horrible.

Went in for rapid Covid test at 10am. Were told 15-20 minute call with the results. No call by 4pm so I call to speak to a nurse. They say theyll have someone call us back. By the time they attempt to call they have to pass it to the Minnesota childrens hospital staff who have ZERO access to our records or results. I call a third time to speak to a nurse and they tell us theres nothing they can do until Monday. I PAID for a rapid Covid test - it should - AT THE VERY LEAST be posted in his lab results under his chart in the patient portal. But of course theres nothing. Mind you each time Im speaking with someone they ask the SAME 20 questions before understanding what Im calling about.

While this is not the clinic that our primary works out of we have had several visits on short notice when the primary simply isnt available for a same-day visit. I have always found the team here to be professional and they have often times reached out to consult with our primary before finalizing a treatment plan.
