South Florida Pediatric Partners - South Dade

Since day 1 this clinic has been a mess. First time I went in with a ONE week old they had her name in the system wrong so couldnt verify her insurance finally when in office and we verified it they told me it I had to reschedule and couldnt be seen that day. The second appt we went in and everything seemed fine till the end the check out girl was super disrespectful. After this I had to take the baby in cause her belly button wasnt drying completely and was made to seem like it was my fault for not putting on the ointment that was never mentioned in the previous appt. Whenever you call this clinic no matter what line you try to reach they barely answer the phone. But apart from all this my biggest issue with this clinic is that I came in earlier this week because my baby is sick and it was completely dismissed and since then my baby has been in the ER twice with all the symptoms I took her in to be evaluated for in the first place.

I couldnt even get passed a robot and being on hold for 15 mins until they finally answered and said Please hold. No Hi could you please hold Then I waited another 5 minutes and when she got on the phone I was asking about insurance and appointment availability and was TOLD not asked to be put on hold. Then after holding another 3 minutes the line disconnected. I cant imagine what it would be like to actually go in there. What a disaster. Does anybody in Miami have any clue what good customer service is Thumbs down on this garbage office and how its run

It is a shame how unprofessional the front desk staff is sometimes. It is extremely difficult to communicate and make an appointment because they simply dont answer the phone. How can this be possible Management is the responsable for this because it happens very often. They simply dont answer or hang up on you. Incredible

Thankfully Under pressure from the federal government the three major credit reporting agencies Equifax Experian and TransUnion announced Medical bills under 500 dollars will no longer count against your credit. Bills that went to collections but have since been paid off will be removed from credit reports. This company is trying to overcharge me for NOT EVER CALLING BACK ON MY KID WELL BEING. I run some test and when I called to get answer they were rude and never answered me.Change profession if you dont like what you do

Thank Dr.Colon for being the best doctor ever. For 12 years you were so kind and so warm and just incredible. Im glad for generations to come kids will be very lucky to call you their doctor. Even my parents wish you were an adult doctor because of how amazing you are

The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and excellent staff but the waiting time for a simple test or seeing a doctor is terrible.30 mins waiting time for a streptokok test Cant believe it.

Over the years I have witnessed a steady decline in the quality of care and professionalism at this once-reputable pediatricians office.One of the most disheartening aspects of my experience is the departure of all the good providers who used to work at South Florida Pediatric Partners. These knowledgeable and caring professionals were the backbone of the practice and their absence has significantly impacted the quality of care provided to patients.Furthermore I initially believed that the offices billing issues were due to a need for more understanding of insurance procedures. However it has become apparent that South Florida Pediatric Partners has resorted to predatory billing practices. They seem more interested in maximizing profits than providing their patients with affordable and transparent healthcare services.The excessive charges and surprise bills I received from this office are unacceptable. South Florida Pediatric Partners prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of their patients. This kind of behavior is unethical and undermines the trust that should exist between healthcare providers and their patients.Given my negative experiences I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy pediatric care to consider alternative options. I highly recommend Gary Kramer in Coral Gables as an excellent alternative. Dr. Kramer has consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for his patients well-being and provides exceptional care without resorting to questionable billing practices.

I have been coming to this office for almost 10 years. I started with Dr. Stephanie Dechurch and ever since she left and Nicklaus Childrens took over this office the place has been such a let down. I drive from homestead because this pediatricians office definitely met my needs for my kids. Now I am looking for a new doctor for my kids because its not worth my time to drive there for such minimalunprofessional service. Yesterday I had an appointment at 120pm at 150pm i was still sitting in the waiting room the waiting room was empty. I arrived to my appointment by 118pm. After I went to the front desk to ask about my appointment time that is when the receptionist told me Id be called in soon. The 2 women that were sitting in the checkout area mumbled something to each other and laughed. sorry but if i make an appointment at a specific time i expect to be seen in a timely manner. The office was empty and the wait should not have been so long. If it was during a busy time i understand the wait but there was no one in the office. If i have an appointment at 120pm it is outrageous that I am walking out of the doctors office at 3PM I spent my entire afternoon sitting and waiting to see the doctor for a total time of 10MINS It is ridiculous This office was so great 10 years ago now it is not the same. I will soon be looking for a new pediatrician for my kids.0 out of 10 stars

The absolute BEST most attentive caring pediatrics office hands down. Gladys Vazquez is the star of the show she was my very own pediatrician and is now my babygirl Scarlett roses pediatrician. She just right now at 7pm at night after hours called to verify my daughters meds i had questions about earlier. It was so very appreciated and heartfelt to know I made the right choice in my baby girls healthcare provider. No one else compares Ive made all my friends switch over to her and EVERYONE agrees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been coming here for 12 years and my sister for 19 years. It is by far the WORST place to deal with. The only reason why we stayed for so long was because we loved our previous doctor. The staff 17 years ago or so was great but for at least the 12 that i have been going are rude and unprofessional. No one knows what they are doing. No one ever calls back. I am speaking as someone who again has been dealing with them for many years now. This means there wasnt just one incident there has been many. I finally have had it. Do NOT go here.
