SBC Advocates supported our family in the IEP process for our son. Having an BCBA well versed in school based services behavioral goals and interventions was invaluable. My wife and I have a teenage girl who has needed long term care. She has been suicidal for years. The school district did not seem to care. We had been asking the school to provide long term care because we are both teachers and know that they are required to pay for this.Although we are teachers we were still both ignored until we found Kristen Carmi.
