Family life comes with unique challenges at every stage, and navigating them can feel overwhelming. The Strides Series is designed to help individuals—whether tweens, teens, young adults, parents, or grandparents—develop the confidence, emotional strength, and faith they need to build healthier relationships. Through hands-on activities with horses and faith-based discussions, each 6-8 week program helps participants deepen their relationship with God, themselves, and their family. Whether a teen struggling with anxiety, a parent feeling disconnected, or a grandparent wanting to leave a lasting legacy, this series provides real-life tools for emotional regulation, communication, trust-building, and personal growth—all while experiencing the healing power of horses.
