I wish I could leave negative stars Just terrible and how embarrassing for themThey dont call when they say they will call. They make appointments and dont tell you about them. Then they make appointments and never call you to let you know it needs to be rescheduled because the therapist put in her two week notice. I think they are the ones that need therapy Unreal Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing Run dont walk.

They let my son run out of his meds after being seen. The doctor assured me that he was going to put in his prescription. I called the following day and a nasty staff member said that his meds would be entered by COB today 21624. When I called the pharmacy his medication wasnt there and the provider havent even respond to the refill request. When I called the office on 21924 no one is answering the phone. Please avoid this office . You will run out of meds and they dont care about their patients

Absolutely do NOT recommend. First off this place is disgusting when you walk through the door. Gross carpets cracked transitions and disgusting seats in the waiting area. Secondly I started coming to this location off of Southside about 6 months ago. I was asking for help with my ADHD. The ONLY thing Angie would help with was my depression- well so can my primary so why would I need to see her I dont. I have ADHD and PTSD. THIS IS WHAT I NEED HELP WITH. She refused to help with my ADHD sent me to a therapist that saw me twice and then when I couldnt make one appt never put me back on her schedule. I finally had a mental breakdown called Social Care Services back refusing to see Angie and was told to see Dr Lacayo. I was literally in this mans office for about 30 seconds while he TOLD me I was doing good on my Zoloft and Buspar. Never asked and I finally interrupted and said Im here for my ADHD. He asked if I would do testing. I said absolutely. Go to the front to request testing and they dont do it for ANY ADULTS. What a joke.

I just want a take a moment to commend Dr. Hall Dr. Lacoya for all of their support and thoroughness throughout our daughters autism testing process. Dr. Hall was absolutely awesome with our little one and was excellent at putting everyone at ease. Dr. Lacoya was so thorough in his collaboration and so prompt with our appointments and follow up info. We were truly impressed all the way around. Thank you

Theres absolutely a reason for this business to be rated at 3.2 outta 5stars this councling mill is a joke thankfully the students an folks trying to get there degrees have not affected the outcome of my particular case but be warned if you have an opinion about a counselor an you voice that they will deem you threatening..but wont tell you to your face if you have any concerns about there practice you will be deemed threatening if youre minor child questions the way there being councled an you bring it up to the staff even if its legitimate your deemed a threatening presence of course behind your back while they kindly smile in your face an allow you an your child to continue to be welcomed in the brick an motar office park for many months with another student councler under there main therapist liscence like the rest of the mills around the city an take your payments and. Bill the insurance an take copay from you but behind your back deem you threatening then throw Russell or any other staff member on the phone as a bodyguard an or sheild to avoid the real concern an conversation if you are using this 3star company an have concerns keep it to yourself or your a threat ...not a concern customer thanks thats all folks

Not a great experience here. This was the first psych eval Ive ever had and we talked about five minutes in which I was asked basically nothing and prescribed a medication I said Ive already taken and didnt work for me. It just felt disheartening and like they just wanted to get the appointment over with.

Very grateful for the help my twins have received from Social Care Services. Thank you so much A special shot out to Joseph Johnson for his kindness and willingness to work with my son

My daughter has been a patient here for about a year. I do have BCBS which they say they are In Network and should only have a 40 copay if one at all but I do get charged 100 every month because they say it goes towards my deductible which I work in the medical field and my job is eligibility and Authorization and I know that is not right. I can say that they do work with me and only do a tele-visit every other month so I do not have to fork out 100 monthly. I have been seeing Gayle and she will ask how my daughter is doing and if the meds are working. When I do call the office for anything they have always been nice and helpful. Never really had an issue with the scripts getting sent to my pharmacy. I have had to call and or email a couple times but usually get a pretty quick response. The months I do not have a visit they will automatically send the RX into my pharmacy when it is due wo me having to call. I did just have to reach out for the first time about and I sent an email and got a response back same day stating the RX will be sent by 6pm same day which it was. Thank you Social Care Services.

We originally came here 20202021 following an amazing therapist that switch agencies. Try to stick it out with them but the poor communication skills and over a year and a half of mistakes dealing with meds being filled at the pharmacy not getting the paperwork or sending it to the wrong pharmacy. My son deserves better. My family deserves better. Everybody deserves better than this agency. They have failed my son in so many ways it is beyond unacceptable. Going to a facility that has an amazing communication skills works with the child repeatedly and the parent and it doesnt continually make mistakes sending the meds to the pharmacy with documentation or to the correct pharmacy.STAY CLEAR

Initial contact was promising until we got to evaluation at OP location. Evaluation which lasted 15 minutes to give our son ASD diagnosis was all questioner that I had to fill out. So its almost like I myself gave my kid an evaluation the administrator supposedly RMHCI was just there. Two or three weeks later I got a cookie cutter report with another kids name in it. We figured no use going back to this place.
